I went to this place during stated business hours only to find that they were closed and you have to make an appointment. There's nothing about that on the web site. This cost me an hour of driving and messed up plans to do repairs next week. Not recommended!

Called several times and they pick up the phone and all you hear is people talking in back ground. They don't even answer properly. This happend 3 times. Not sure if they don't like money...

I also stood in line to ask for a part they didn't have and they gave me directions to some place that didn't even exist. This place is something else.

Dont waste your time with this place!

Went in with trashed faucet part, walked out 2 minutes later with brand new parts, no charge. Longish story but bottom line; these dudes are ALWAYS helpful.

Bought a faucet for a commercial sink on recommendations from the sales person who insisted it was the correct one, turns out to be the wrong one. I return it and get charged a 35.00 return fee. Last time I spend my money there.

I called up a spoke to someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. He was unbiased and happy to help me whether it resulted in me purchasing supplies from him or not.

I got the answer I needed in seconds and was back at my sink install.

Like many others I looked at local stores and even on line for my kitchen and bathrooms. I was told by a friend about Moore Supply in Tomball and thought why not, I have looked every place else. Well, it was the best decision I made to to shop lat Moore Supply in Tomball. l I found all my kitchen and bathroom faucets, (4) toliets (4) sinks (4) cabinet pulls for kitcehn and bathrooms. There selctions are first class and their prices can't b beat. They have the very latest on their showroom floor and their service is First Class. I would not shop anywhere else.Thank you Hannah for being a true professional.

All of the staff members here at the Moore Supply Tomball location are always very helpful and professional towards getting everything we need for our companies projects. I would highly recommend their buisness to anyone looking for great products and great customer service 👍🏻

Not sure what is going on in the Showroom? I went to the store on Monday, saw sign that said to call for appointment. Called from my vehicle parked in front of the building, no answer. Left Message. I have called every day this week except Thurs and left a message. Still no answer or call back. I miss Sherry.

we have had nothing but awesome experience with this company and trust me, we had a lot of issues picking out hardware for bathroom. Bought and paid for hardware we thought was correct fit. Had to return and get new ones. They did not complain at all and accommodated us for every mistake we made in picking out the stuff...LOL Great people and very understanding. Thanks MOORE SUPPLY in Tomball! Sorry for being a pain in the butt :)

My first trip here and I was greeted by smiling faces. Eric helped me...showed me how to install gasket that goes from tank to toilet and proper orientation of rubber washers, metal washers, nuts and bolts that go through tank to bowl. Awesome customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks ERIC! 😊

Hannah Spangler was our sales rep. She is a super star! She was always pleasant , professional and very patient. We just completed a large remodeling project which included the kitchen, master bath and a second bath. We purchased 90% of our plumbing supplies through Moore. Their prices were competitive and our products arrived on schedule, even in the midst of the pandemic.

They have a great selection. Hannah showed us everything we'd need and explained all our options perfectly. She was efficient in communicating delivery times, etc. I'd use them again.

My experience was absolutely great! The wonderful lady, Sherri, who greeted me as I came in the front door was cheerful and full of knowledge about the products. After a very pleasant time of looking around and a sweet conversation I left with a picture of my future tub to give to my contractor.

The people working at this location are great! I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed with the level of service and friendliness. You can't go wrong getting your plumbing supplies from these guys. Terry, Norman, Eric, and Joe are great to deal with. I would give 0 stars if I could. By far the worst experience I've had with a supplier. I tried to use them because someone referred me. But never again. I will never recommend this business. I submitted an order two months ago directly to an employee and it sat with one sales rep for a month then moved to another. 3 weeks later she sends me a rough invoice to verify items needed with 15+ items i did not ask for then goes on vacation for a week and still doesn't get back to me or responds to my reference. I have already placed an order with Ferguson and have gotten a response to fill my order in less than 48 hours.
