Randy showed up on time and did a fantastic job diagnosing an electrical issue that was preventing the Air Conditioning Condensor from starting up. He was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Becuase the issue was simpler thant what he quoted me, he gratiously charged me 30% less than the original quote. For any air conditioning or heating problems in the future I will be calling Enviornmental Matters HVAC

Owner as well as employees are the utmost professionals. Very knowledgeable & answered every question that my wife & I had about our completely new HVAC sys. They were recommended by friends & I plan to do the same...word of mouth is the best advertisement in my opinion. Very satisfied customer!

I hired Environmental Matters to replace both my upstairs and downstairs air conditioners after getting a quote from another company. I'm glad I chose them. Their price was very fair and they replaced EVERYTHING instead of just part of the system like the other company wanted to do. I got two new A/C units, condenser units, gas furnaces, drip trays with overflow sensors, thermostats and even air purifiers for not much more than the other company quoted for half of the system. They work very fast, very efficiently and are very professional and courteous. The installation went down like a well-rehearsed Broadway show. They really have their act together doing the downstairs the first day and the upstairs the second and did a very good job cleaning up both days before they left. I can't wait to get my next electric bill for a full month to see the difference. The new system has two speeds, pretty much only runs on low and keeps the house consistently cooler. I can't even hear it running when I walk past the intake. It is very, very quiet on low. My old system ran hard for a few minutes, shut off and then kicked back on again just a few minutes later. The new system doesn't do that. Today I got an email from the manufacturer showing that Environmental Matters registered all of my equipment for me so that it is covered under warranty. That's one less thing I have to hassle with. Honestly, I would have probably forgotten to do that. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to a friend or family member.

We received a great quote to replace our AC unit. The work crew was friendly the day of service; however we noticed a couple of hiccups the next day. Cody stopped by with another guy and the other guy left since the issue was taking longer than expected to fix. We appreciated Cody’s professionalism and making sure our AC was running properly before leaving.

Service was great, James was right on time, texted me on his arrival time. He performed the service, then explained everything in detail and what needed to be done. Then told and explained the service contract, and I understood and brought the contract. Then he went out and washed the unit down. He was Awesome. Looking forward to him getting the job completed.

Not only did Randy respond immediately to my HVAC issue, but he found several flaws from when the unit was installed 5 years ago that could've caused me big problems down the road. Capable, honest and reasonably priced - wins all around.

These guys are the only HVAC people you’ll ever need. Installed a unit in my house over 10 years ago and it’s still going strong. Called late about an issue that turned out to be condensation problems. They sent Cody out the very next morning. He fixed it cleaned up everything and the price was right. Great people to work with.

If you use anyone else you are not using the best. The owner Randy is extremely qualified for any job residential or commercial. He teaches his staff to be the best. Experience, Knowledge, Customer Service. He and his team always puts the customers first.

Always responded quickly during the entire process, set us up quickly with financing, and the work was performed very well. All of the workers were VERY professional and even cleaned up after themselves! I was very impressed all the way around.

Edit to add: This morning (about 5 months later), I noticed an issue with the heating part of my system. They had guys out here within just a few hours, and they were done in a very short time. So professional, clean, and courteous. I will never use another HVAC company!

Excellent service!! I’ve used them for years and Randy, the owner, is great! Never pushy, never insists I “need” anything but will make suggestions and why if he sees something . Love this company!! Everyone I deal with is awesome!!!!

Randy is the best!! He came out today to diagnose and fix an intermittent problem with my AC. He did it very quickly all while teaching someone else!! He is extremely knowledgeable, which makes him efficient and very effective.

Randy and his team are highly trained, professional and experienced! They have provided regular maintenance and great service on new installation and repairs in both my current and previous homes. I have never, not once, been disappointed in their service. They just take care of me and I don't have to worry.

Randy and Kevin came out to install the soft start on my AC and do an AC tune up.

These guys are awesome they fit the soft start in the unit, showed me before and after performance #s, killed a wasp nest lol, and had to update the AC disconnect switch because it still had power running! Highly recommended. Fast response. Quick appointments. Kind and Professional. CALL THEM NOW!

Randy did an amazing job. He came to our home two days after the hurricane and installed a soft start kit for our a/c unit. He was so polite and charged us a VERY reasonable price. Thanks so much Randy.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!!!. Year before last I signed myself and my elderly mother up for the service maintenance agreement after he installed a new unit at my mother's house in June. Cost was a little over $1000 for both homesteads. Neither one of us received the actual service! Fast forward and my elderly mother paid Randy another $400+ for the same service that was NEVER honored in the first place! This agreement was also non-existant, and magically the service agreements didn't exist in his system...again!!! Well I have the cancelled checks to prove it. When we tried calling the original number given to us, he repeatedly just hangs up on us. Had to look him up online to find the new number, or to see if he was still in business but now he won't even talk to us. That activity in itself speaks mountains about the non-ethical business practices Randy has.
I was previously warned about Randy, but gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was a friend of someone I knew. Needless to say they were right and he is nothing more than a common thief that will not honor his contracts/agreements. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and find a reputable company to handle your HAVC needs.

We scheduled a repair visit with Hoffman ClearFlow HVAC & Duct Cleaning when our air conditioner stopped cooling last weekend. The technician came out the next morning and started with a detailed system inspection. He checked the thermostat settings, refrigerant levels and the outdoor condenser. After diagnosing the issue he replaced a worn contactor and tested the system. The air started cooling properly again shortly after the repair. The staff explained the process clearly. It felt like a professional service call overall.

These guys came out for a service call after our AC wasnt cooling the upstairs rooms very well. The technician inspected the system and checked airflow from the vents. He explained the filter was extremely dirty and blocking proper airflow. After replacing it and doing a quick system check the air started moving much better. The crew also checked the condenser outside before leaving. The house cooled more evenly after the visit. It was a simple but helpful repair.

The technician from Hoffman ClearFlow HVAC & Duct Cleaning arrived for our service call right around the time they said. Our central air conditioner had been blowing warm air for a couple days so he started with a full inspection of the outdoor unit and thermostat. After checking a few components he explained the capacitor had worn out and needed replacing. He completed the repair during the same visit and ran a system check to make sure cooling was stable again. The house slowly started feeling comfortable again within the hour. Customer service was polite when I scheduled the appointment. Overall it was a smooth repair visit.
