We've had American Made A/C out to our place twice, once for a maintenance check and another time to install a soft start device. Great service, on time and very fair pricing.

August 2023 our A/C stopped working and we left a voicemail in the middle of the night. We received a phone call early that next morning and the gentleman was able to come out and figure out we needed condenser motor and capacitor. He got the parts same day and our A/C was back up and running strong that night!

American Made made an error during our installation, but they took full responsibility, covered 100% of the costs to fix it, and made everything right without hesitation. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to standing behind their work earned our companies trust. I’d rather work with a company that owns their mistakes than one that hides them. Highly recommend!
