I just don't have enough words to express the depth of gratitude my family and I feel for Brian Wright, his wife, and the team at Crossway Mechanical. Our journey has been long and painful. We got incredibly sick after living in a newly built home with major construction flaws — the worst of which was an improperly designed and installed HVAC system. The poor airflow and moisture control and poor attic ventilation led to severe mold contamination. Our health deteriorated, and we had no choice but to move out. For five years, we’ve been renting and bouncing between temporary homes, trying to heal and searching for a place that wouldn't make us sick.

After inspecting multiple homes, and being dropped by multiple builders, we built a new home with a builder that seemed promising. We were ready to begin again — cautiously hopeful. But before we closed, we had the blessing of meeting Brian.

Brian personally inspected the HVAC system and discovered it had been improperly designed and ducting improperly sized — a disaster waiting to happen. Had he not stepped in, we would have unknowingly walked back into the same nightmare we’d fought so hard to escape.

Instead, Brian became our advocate. He stood with us, challenged the builder with facts and data, and pushed for a full correction. He didn’t just make one visit — he returned multiple times to ensure the job was actually done right. He went above and beyond what most companies would ever consider.

Crossway is an amazing HVAC company. We had Brian come out to our Newley built house and inspect our HVAC unit prior to closing. He found several issues with the unit and provided us with many recommendations as well as support to get the builders HVAC installers to come and correct the issues that he found. After some back and forth with the builder we were able to get most of the recommendations corrected. Brian was very patient and treated us like family throughout the whole process having our best interest at heart. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They will always be who I call with my HVAC needs. Highly recommend Crossway.
