Ali and his team are extremely responsive and reliable. Fixed my hvac issue quickly! Highly recommend.

My AC went out under home warranty. The company sent three technicians out, the second one of them being Access Air. They were on time and gave me a physical paper diagnosis of what is wrong with my system as well as the readings, what they meant and what they should be. They also were willing to send me the direct quote even though it was meant for the home warranty.

The home warranty claim dragged on until I got to choose my contractor and I chose Access Air. The front desk staff seemed sympathetic to my specific scenario and went above and beyond to get me scheduled and keep me updated on the status.

The day of install, the installers were here right on time. They completed the work and were thorough and friendly. There weren’t any “oh we’ll have to come back in two days,” they stayed until it was complete (which took it into the evening). I was thoroughly impressed to their commitment.

They also called and checked to make sure the system was working and drove over the final paid invoice and the warranty information for my new equipment.

I’m a DIY person who is exceptionally critical of contractors because of how expensive they usually are, but this was out of my wheelhouse so I knew I needed an expert install. Access was awesome all steps of the way and had a competitive quote (I ended up with 4 total quotes for comparison). I have a second unit that is 20 years old and I’ll probably call Access Air when it finally quits!

Highly Recommend. I had an issue with my AC compressor. They responded quickly and sent a super friendly and knowledgeable tech out SAME DAY! He had the issue fixed in less than 30 minutes and best of all the price was very affordable. I will certainly use them again and refer my friends if they have HVAC issues!

Great service! Ali and his team work hard and always deliver exceptional hvac work at fair pricing. 10/10 recommend

Ali and his team are amazing! Fast and quality service. He is always fair and honest with pricing. We appreciate everything he does for our A/C needs for our personal home as well as our business. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Access Air Cooling and Heating, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They took the time to explain my options clearly and provided excellent recommendations for my needs. The installation process was smooth, and the technicians were courteous and on time. I highly recommend Access Air Cooling and Heating for anyone in need of HVAC services!

Ali and his team at Access Air are fantastic. Recently used them when my AC went out. Ali and one of his team members was out the very next morning to take care of the issue and I was back up and running before lunch. Excellent service, communication, and execution. Would recommend to anyone!!

Ali has assisted me with several clients to correct faulty & non code-compliant HVAC safety issues & concerns as we provided general roof repair and/or roof replacements for our clients. His price is fair, and I can trust that he'll get the job completed correctly so that customer safety is priority. Ali & the Access Air team will remain my go-to source for any HVAC related concerns that are found while performing attic & roofing inspections at 314 Roofing Solutions.

Ali is one of the best in the business, we’ve been using him and his team for 5+ years. He has serviced our company, 314 Roofing Solutions since we bought our building, and also provided maintenance and service to our home A/C units. He is as honest as you can ask for, and always delivers with great service and prices. We have recommended him multiple times for full replacements and have heard nothing but thank you’s from the referrals! Can’t go wrong with this company! 10 Stars ⭐️ if possible!

Can’t recommend Ali and his team enough! We've needed his services at my place of work and his customer service as well as quality is fantastic. One of the most reliable people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Trust Ali with any HVAC needs!

Awesome work. Highly recommend Comfort Zone Insulation

This is a top notch company. Highly recommend for residential and commercial insulation.

Great experience! Iris was professional and efficient. I was able to schedule a consultation right away. My home is noticeably cooler.

I had a great experience working with this Chris and his team, They did quality work and took the time to explain everything clearly along the way, so there were no surprises. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable, and they were easy to coordinate with—even with my changing availability. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows not just in the results, but in how they treat their clients. Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented—I’d absolutely work with them again.

I appreciate Chris is a man of faith and that he fully backs up his work. He installed the insulation under our house a few years back. We have had two water leaks over this time, one in the laundry room above and one from a pipe below the dining area. With the first water event, I noticed the insulation sagging myself. I called Chris and he came out, pulled the bulging insulation all down, (and got soaked in the process, yet maintained a positive attitude), allowed time for the area to dry out and came back and did the reinstall like new. The second event, we didn't even know about, he discovered it on his inspection and again did the necessary repairs after a period of drying out. A person with less integrity, to save a trip back, would've just slapped up some insulation and the customer would have probably ended up with a mold problem. Also, he is meticulous in his work. Before doing the initial and later repairs, he made sure there were no critters underneath that might have nested inside the insulation, as we had a neighbor nearby with a possum and rat problem under their house. We are so glad we found Energy Guru. Thank you, Chris!

Chris, the owner of Energy Guru, and his team took on several projects for us in November & December of 2025 and did a great job. They installed a radiant barrier in our two attics, and adjusted HVAC ductwork to prevent condensation. While doing so, they saw evidence of varmints in our attic; removed/replaced affected insulation and“critter proofed” our attic. They also installed weather stripping on our exterior doors. Chris was very prompt and communicative through the entire project, they worked very hard and did not leave a mess behind. We do recommend Energy Guru.

They built my system in a new construction home about 12 months ago. It’s gone out 5-6 times in the last 10 months. 1 Star is too high.

Very difficult to get in contact with, even when you are under warranty. If you are out of warranty, good luck in getting them to call you. There’s better out there.

Deep blue installed the entire a/c system in my house. It’s a new build home and the system is not functioning correctly. I’ve called for them to come out over 5 times within a 3 month span. The staff is unprofessional, from techs being tardy to schedulers lack of response. Not until I “fussed” to the builder was I taken seriously, prior I was never given a report of the unit levels or work preformed. Always ask for documentation b/c they say whatever sounds good just to “‘make the homeowner happy”

Just terrible. Brand new home with leaking vent system. Came to "fix" the issue once, only at the behest of the developer and countless complaints. Wasn't fixed, kept leaking. Sheet rock damaged again and had to be cut open. They claimed there was no evidence or proof of water damage, despite very clear and evident water damage. In the photo you can even see the water stain on the paper. Still leaks! Now they won't return our phone calls, and they've left a sizeable hole in our ceiling. They even tried to bill us despite not fixing anything. Terrible company. Would never recommend to anyone under any condition.
