I can't say enough about Roof Top Innovations and Wes Taylor. We had my mom's roof replaced and Wes was on time, answered all of our questions, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Wes worked with my mom's adjuster to get the claim right and approved. The crew showed up on time and did an awesome job. One of the best experiences we had working with a great company. I recommend this company and Wes Taylor to anybody that needs a roof. They were professional, easy to work, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you so much Wes Taylor and RTI.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Project Manager Rene took care of EVERYTHING from making sure I understood the sometimes complicated jargon and details in the insurance company's paperwork to arranging for a crew to repair/install my fence at the last minute. They were very professional and serious about the tasks at hand. I am happy with my "new" roof and proud that my fence is no longer on the ground! Thank you, Roof Top Innovations, a first class operation.

I couldn't have asked for a more caring and concerned gentleman. Mr. Clayton arrived on time and conducted an inspection on my roof. Once completed , he went over the details which he advised roof is in new condition and no maintenance is needed at this time. My roof is good to go. Did recommend that I have it inspected again in a couple of years which I will definitely reach out to them. There was no pressure or sales push. I respect this type of individual which is rare. My sales person was Quinton and he assisted with complete roof replacement. Quinton is a top notch person he took time to explain to my wife and I, how he can help us without being pushy. My wife liked his communication being clear, respectful, and understanding to our concerns. We chose to continue with Quinton because of this and also because he followed through on his commitments to follow up and help us. He took ownership of the entire process from inspection, dealing with insurance, installation process. He helped me understand home owners insurance roof claim process, was present during insurance adjuster inspection/assessment and resolved insurance issue with the claim because he was able to identify the error and worked with insurance to correct and finally get approved. During the installation he made sure the crew understood our concern with protecting landscape from damage and the executed that (no plants/flowers/shrubs were damaged and no roof debris found afterwards). After the installation he came back and ensured I was satisfied with the results. Thanks for making this process not stressful.

After working to replace our fascia on our house, we realized that we had a hole in our roof. We called out 12 different companies for estimates. Joel came out with Roof Top Innovations to provide an estimate. Upon coming out, Joel was honest and fair in his bid on the repairs. Joel was not only fair in his estimate, but also provided reassurances to advocate in terms of seeing if insurance would cover the cost of the roof due to hail and wind damage. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Joel and his crew. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that quality work was done on the roof and the gutters that were installed efficiently and in a timely manner. Choices were given and were competitive. We chose GAF HD slate for the roof and black gutters. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Again, I am thankful to have found a company that I could finally trust to do a good job without taking me to the bank! Joel, you have helped me build more trust and to gain a little more faith :)

This company is over the top professional and honest. They went to bat with the insurance company who didn’t want to pay for a new roof and didn’t stop until they finally agreed. Sam Little was the project manager. He was easy to contact and always took the time to answer any questions I had. On the day of installation Sam was here from the minute the work began and stayed until completion. They took the time needed to do the job correctly and completely as well as cleaning up the whole exterior of our home. I would without hesitation recommend this company and Sam Little to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Wes Taylor with Roof Top Innovations provided excellent customer service from start to finish; initial inspection, facilitating insurance claim, scheduling project, managing installation, coordination with exterior painter and gutter installer to final completion. Great job and experience would highly recommend!

Greg was great. He gave us a great price for high quality shingles with no hidden fees. He went through the whole process with us before starting the work and did several walk throughs to ensure everything was done right and the cleanup after the job was complete did not leave behind anything such as nails and other debris. I highly recommend Greg for your next roof replacement.

Definitely have to say when I had an issue with my roof I called Brody at RTI and 100% Good, professional service and he got it repaired in a timely manner. I will from now on call Brody any time I have any roof issues.

Quintin Wilsford and Roof Top Innovations are the real deal! My girlfriend’s roof was in terrible shape after last year’s storms, and with hurricane season approaching, we were very worried. Quintin Wilsford’s team came out quickly for an inspection, coordinated directly with her adjuster on-site to ensure proper evaluation, and completed the entire FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT in just ONE DAY. They were professional, helpful, and even covered her patio furniture and pool during the work. The before-and-after photos speak volumes. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Quintin Wilsford and Roof Top Innovations made what seemed like a major problem into a minor inconvenience — truly fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Had a plumbing problem behind a wall. Called on a Friday to get drywall repair and decided to get whole bathroom painted at same time. They came out the Monday.They did an excellent job and the bathroom looks amazing. They also replaced our roof.Quintin is amazing.

Eric Lugo came out to our home after losing some ridge vents from high winds. Inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage from previous storms I had no idea. He was so amazing at explaining what we were looking at and advising his recommendations. We opted for a new roof and he handled the entire claim process with my insurance company. The insurance company approved a new roof within days. He explained how the process would be and now that we just finished the roof I can guarantee everything he said he came through with. The crew finished in one day and were very nice and professional. We are so pleased with Rooftop Innovations and especially Eric and cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you so much!

Maverick Webb and his team were courteous and timely. The roof looks amazing and the clean up afterwards looked great, too. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Mr. Webb fought my claim and we finally got this horrible roof replaced. We're so grateful for his service.

Jeremy Brown was informative and very responsive throughout the process of replacing my roof from hail damage. He took pictures of all the damages on my roof and they replaced the wood from soft spots they found. I am happy with a great quality roof and Roof Top Innovations was a great team to work with!
