Nicholas Chavez, Roofing Specialist with Roof Top Innovations did an outstanding job inspecting roof and was very professional and educated men on every aspect my roof system. I have already had 2 other companies out to inspect the roof, and their knowledge and attention to detail was nowhere near Nicholas Chavez with Roof Top Innovations. He will be sending me his roof evaluation report this afternoon which is recommending to file hail claim. But also, just from an example report he showed me, I was very impressed with his skills to assess roof systems and make recommendations. Whether it’s to make partial repairs, roof maintenance, or filing insurance claim due to storm damage. Nicholas Chavez was referred to me from a good friend. Roof Top Innovations replaced our roof this year. The inspection was quick and thorough - showing us pictures of all of the damages they viewed. We are relatively newer homeowners and they were super helpful in walking us through the claim filing process with our insurance company. They were present for the meeting with the adjuster and our claim was approved quickly. They were on site throughout the day as the roof was being tore off and replaced. Our new roof is beautiful and we’ve had absolutely no issues! Would definitely recommend!

Cody and Cody with Roof Top Innovations and crew knocked it out the park! They started early and stayed late to fix my roof hail damage. They did. Great job cleaning up afterwards. We chose RTI from a narrowed selection of top 3 pros we generated from the Certainteed Shingle Manufacturer website based on star ratings and reviews, Certainteed credential length of time as a "Select Shingle Master", and personal interaction with each during free roof inspections and discussion of detailed procedures for roof replacement. BBB Accredited Business and A+ rating, and Insurance verified. Certainteed website was chosen for finding a Pro because initially we thought we were going to use Certainteed shingles.

David Sanchez was our roofing specialist/project manager. He was knowledgeable, professional, a pleasure to work with, always responsive to our questions. David did the initial inspection and confirmed hail damage on multiple slope sections of our roof and took pictures. He took the time to be there at my request to answer any questions Insurance had when I filed my claim and also made himself available to meet with the 3rd party inspection adjuster and made sure that all damage was noted and yet being professional and allowing the adjuster to do his job.

Along the way David engaged several RTI co-workers and managers (a big Thank You to James, Thomas, Sam, Clayton, Arliss & Raúl and their roofing crews) who helped get us to the ultimate goal of full roof replacement and getting us back whole to pre-hail storm status consistent with our insurance policy. A day and a half starting at 6 am. Thursday to complete the job.

Saturday morning wife mysteriously says to me come take a two minute ride with me so I jumped in the car drove a bit, and we started slowly driving towards our house. My first words were... i recently moved into a house with a pool and didn't have a clue how to take care of it. i found this pool cleaning crew online. liam came out, drained the pool, gave it a good pressure wash (now it looks amazing), fixed a broken valve and coupling, and refilled it—all for $400. they also brought all the pool chemicals and testing gear, then showed me step-by-step how to keep the pool in good shape. the pump needed a special coupling that's hard to find, but liam made several trips to the supply store to track down the right part and didn’t charge anything extra for the extra work. it’s a small family-run team, and they focus on pool repairs, but they really know what they’re doing. i’m super pleased with their friendly approach and top-notch service.

Weekly Tomball Pool Service is doing a great job keeping our pool clean and clear in Tomball. We have used other pool service companies before, and they would go too long without cleaning the filter or would miss basic pool cleaning steps. Gary treats our pool like his own and does a thorough job every week, including checking the water, cleaning the filter, and keeping everything balanced. When we had to drain the pool for a leak repair and then refill it, he made extra service visits to get the water back to normal and the pool swim-ready again. Great job all around.

​Just want to give a huge shoutout to Campbell's! Last night I was downstairs with my dog and one of those massive "skate roaches" crawled out from under the couch. I immediately ran upstairs and fully intended to live there 😂
​Eventually, I got up the nerve to go back down and check. I moved the couch and it wasn't there, but then I looked over in the corner and my goodness—the interloper was already on its back!
