Can't say enough about these guys. Obviously, they get my yard cleaned twice a week, and with one 80# and one 160# dog, that's a task in and of itself. But more importantly to ME, their communication is top notch. They let me know when they are coming, if there is an issue. They ask if they can support with other tasks/duties. They are ALWAYS here when they say they will be.

Let's face it - ANYONE can scoop the poop. I had a service before that I left because I couldn't trust them to be there or do the job they said they'd do. He used a long brush and a vacuum to clean out all the gunk in the dryer vent pipes. He fixed an area where the pipe was sagging and holding water. Now all of our laundry comes out smelling great and dry. I don’t have to run the dryer three times to get through one load. If your dryer is having problems, you should definitely give them a call.

The service was very good from start to finish. I liked how they were very careful with my floors while they worked. They did the vent cleaning and showed me all the dust they pulled out. It is a big relief to have a clean home and a safe dryer.

We recently had a renovation at our house in the Old Town area, and short of them sealing it up like a drum, tons of loose-fill popcorn insulation made its way into the wall where our laundry machines are. Every time I run the dryer, it sounds like a bunch of pebbles in a tin can. I booked Steinberg out of Tomball for a dryer vent cleaning, and they discovered that during the renovations, the internal ducting had been damaged which led to insulation getting sucked into the line and a massive blockage.

The technician was super thorough and used a specialized vacuum to ensure that we got every last piece of pink insulation. He even showed me the footage from his inspection camera to verify that we were all clear. If you've had any renovations or construction done, you need to have a dryer vent cleaning before you burn the motor out on your machine. They saved us a major appliance disaster!

We use those concentrated laundry pods, and I didn't realize they could make the lint stickier than usual. Our vent ended up lined with this gunky residue that was definitely a fire hazard. Steinberg in Tomball was the only service that actually solved it. They used a mechanical brush system to scrub the duct walls until they were spotless. I was honestly super impressed with their dryer vent cleaning equipment.

Rosehill Pool & Spa did a great job. Was having trouble clearing up the water and the very knowledgeable staff identified the problem quickly and serviced the filter and cleaned the pool. Within 2 days i had crystal clear water that I could not wait to get into. Great prices as well.. Now they clean my pool every week, and no more messing with it myself!

They used specialized tools to reach deep into the dryer vent and showed me how much lint came out. It was honestly shocking. Worth every penny.

My house is clean and shiny after he pressure washed my house, call mike and he will do a very good job of pressure washing your home.

We needed a repair for our roof after a tree limb strike, and they were able to come out same day with a very competitive rate. Highly recommend and will use them again!
