Mr Happy House did a great job! looks like a new house they did everything they promised plus through a few extras that we hadn’t agreed to!

Very happy with the work done by Mike and his crew. We had two doors that had rotted out and Mike worked with me to get them replaced. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. Will use his services again and recommend to others!

Mr. Happy House has done both exterior work and interior work of our home. From new roofing, soffits, eaves, custom made shutters, exterior painting to custom cabinetry, floor tile, etc. they went above and beyond to make our home even more beautiful. We are truly happy with the work that Mike and his crew have done. They are professional and keep the home clean while they work. Putting up temporary protection over our existing items to keep everything as clean as possible. I highly recommended Mr. Happy House.

Whenever the AC turned on, there was a light dusty smell, so we decided to try the air duct cleaning service of Dryer And Duct Ranger. The team worked steadily and paid attention to every vent. They kept everything neat while working inside the place. I really appreciated how organized and professional they were.

Very smooth experience in Tomball. Dryer And Duct Ranger arrived right on time and got the job done efficiently. The duct cleaners were friendly and careful while working. After the air duct cleaning, the house feels much fresher.

No more lingering odors in the hallway after the team finished the duct cleaning today.

My electricity bill was going up because my AC had to work so hard to blow air. I decided to get a duct cleaning to see if it would help my old system. The team was very thorough and used a long hose to get all the dirt out of the vents. I noticed a big change right away because the air comes out much stronger now. It is going to save me a lot of money and the workers were very polite to me the whole time.

It was great from start to finish. I liked how they showed me the dirt inside the pipes before they started working. They did the duct cleaning and were very neat with their big vacuum. My living room looks clean and also the air feels much lighter. I will tell my friends in Tomball to use them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I cannot say enough great things about Sovereign Pressure Washing. From the very first interaction, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was immediately evident and it only got better from there.
What truly sets this company apart is the communication. I was kept informed by the owner AJ every step of the way, arrival times, what to expect, and a thorough walkthrough of the work completed afterward. In a world where so many contractors leave you guessing, Sovereign Pressure Washing was refreshingly reliable and transparent. They showed up when they said they would, and they delivered exactly what they promised. No surprises, no shortcuts.
The quality of the work itself was outstanding. Every surface was treated with care and precision. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them, it’s a craft. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the results spoke for themselves. My windows were spotless inside and out, and the pressure washing left everything looking brand new.
I also want to highlight how detail-oriented the whole process felt. Nothing was overlooked. They treated my property like it was their own, and that level of care is something I genuinely appreciate and don’t take for granted.
If you’re looking for a pressure washing and window cleaning company that is professional, punctual, communicative, and genuinely passionate about the quality of their work, look no further.
