Never kept an appointment, had to be paid in advance, and still hasn't fixed the refrigerator going to file a civil suit

They came to check my refrigerator that didn't even make ice, and they just said it was the switch that was off, they charged $94 and left. The refrigerator did not work and when I called they told me that it was a part and that I had to order it and with labor and part and they were going to get $280, when the technician said that everything was fine

I would put 0 stars because he was the rudest man ever to my mom. He came out to fix her LG stove, and left and now it won't heat properly. He tried to tell her she was not even cooking with an oven. Luckily, she was on the phone with LG and they heard how rude he was to my mother and they will take him off the recommended repairman list. Would not EVER use him! He didn't understand how to fix it, blew up and walked out on her!
