Electrical reviews in Van Alstyne, Texas

Koryente installed an electrical subpanel and 3 additional circuits for us. The installation was professionally executed, done on time, and the Koryente team worked well with the HVAC contract personnel that installed the equipment. The communication with Felipe and his team was excellent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need done.

Koryente upgraded my electrical fuse box in preparation for receiving solar panels installed on the roof. They also installed a whole home surge protector and brought everything up to current building code. They also installed my solar batteries and replaced my home thermostat. Always on time and cleaned up when finished. Very polite and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed.

Very clean and friendly. They allowed me to work along side them as I finished my projects and they made adjustments/good advice for future projects. They kept me informed on the process as well.

Koryente Techs were excellent to work with and efficient with very reasonable and fair pricing. They were able to install six data drops and wireless Access Points in our warehouse. Very professional and communicative. Will definitely use them again and so should everyone.

I recently used Koryente to install a whole home surge protector and was very pleased with the service. Felipe got back to me quickly, provided a quote, and both him and Wilson even came out the same day to do the work. They were courteous, professional, and efficient, with fair pricing (and they stuck to their word). Their work was clean and they double checked everything prior to cleaning up. I had put a portable work light and extension cord in the room they were working in since lights had not yet been installed, and found that they had not only cleaned everything up, but even wrapped my cord up neatly with the light.
I was also pleased to see that even so the brand/model of surge protector was not one they frequently installed, they double checked their installation against the manufacturer's instructions to make sure my warranty would be good and everything was done right.
This is a highly professional outfit, and I think you'll find the same when you give them a call. Definitely recommend.

Felipe and his crew (Hector and Wilson) installed electrical services for our Tiny Home community from the ground up. Felipe (owner) came out and measured, dug, pulled wire and worked very hard himself. It was a total turn key job. We literally stepped back and they handled everything.

We were given an estimate (which was market price), a payment schedule and a firm handshake. Koryente was on time, professional, friendly, and always had clean uniforms. They trenched, laid conduit, set pedestals, pulled wire and went above and beyond to keep us in the loop. Even after their trencher broke three times they figured out how to get the job done. They made sure we were satisfied at every key juncture of the project. Even running power to my shop as a bonus.

I can not speak more highly of a company and how professional they were. By the way they stuck to the original estimate which helped us remain closer to our budget.

I will use and refer Koryente in the future to anyone needing small to really big jobs.

I true testament to how great of a job they did is knowing, I would invite them into my home and break bread with them.

Excellent service. We needed our central air conditioner relocated from it's original area and also wanted our generator connected to our house. Felipe is extremely knowledgeable with extra focus on safety. Koryente LLC was very easy to contact and communicate with, as well as being very professional and dependable. We feel very fortunate to have found this company and have already discussed a few other household jobs we are going to have done. 5 star service from start to finish! Huge thank you from "The Clancy's"

The Koryente group were amazing in getting my Tesla charger installed. Their communication is superb and their service is outstanding! If you need work done they are your go to. Give them a call and get on their schedule - you will not be disappointed

Great quality of service to upgrade the lighting situations in our kitchen and breakfast areas. In the kitchen, we swapped the builder's grade fluorescent to track lighting ourselves, but it cast shadows all over the counter tops, making it hard to see what I was doing. We had a single bulb unit over our breakfast table that didn't provide adequate light either. Though I knew I wanted canned lights, I consulted with the owner of the company as to his recommendations for type of product (low profile and LED), quantity and configuration. He took great care in measuring the placement so that there was hardly any shade on the walls, provides good lighting through all of the rooms and floor space and making sure to shed lights on the counter tops with minimal shadows. Plus, he installed dimmer switches so I could adjust based on need. He protected surfaces throughout and the work spaces were clean after install. Now I don't feel like I need to spend any extra money on installing under cabinet lighting! Very happy with the outcomes and it was a pleasure working with this company - I'd hire them again for other electrical projects. [for services early September 2019]

Ever since we bought our first home, my wife and I wanted to have recessed lights installed in the main living area of the house. The room only had a ceiling fan with a bowl light, and it didn't provide enough light to the room. More importantly, we also needed to have a backup power solution to our home, as we often lose power for several hours during heavy storms, and we both work from home full time.

We hired Koryente Electrical Services to do the job, and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. The owner asked us several questions, and walked us through the available lighting options, and gave us their pros and cons (cost, ease of installation/replacement, longevity, etc).

I've dealt with contractors before, but never have I had an experience where the contractor worked as if they had my best interests in mind from the start to finish, rather than their own. Some might try and use their clients' naivety to take advantage for profit, but Koryente wanted to be sure that when it was all said and done, that we were happy with every aspect of the work.

The owner, a Master electrician, who currently holds an Unlimited License issued by North Carolina (the highest license that one can obtain) is also fully licensed to work in the states of Texas and Florida.

I was informed by neighbors that I needed a six-circuit setup to best operate a portable generator. I reached out to Koryente Electrical to schedule this installation. The owner and master electrician took the time to explain that a six-circuit setup would be cost-prohibitive and restrict my options in the event of a power outage. Instead, he recommended an inlet box, which was installed flawlessly. He also took the time to explain everything to me, connect my generator, and even let me record the process so I can remember it when there’s an actual power outage. This exceptional service has provided me with immense peace of mind. I am deeply grateful and appreciative.

We have used Top Notch over 10 years and will continue to use them.
Professional, honest, and punctual.
Good people to do business with.

We used Top Notch to re-wire our breaker box as well as take care of some of the outlets throughout the house. Terry and his crew did an outstanding job. They are very professional, knowledgeable and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any electrical needs. Keep up the great work.

Seth and Damian were awesome. We had them install lights and a fan for our new patio. They offered to color match the conduit/boxes and route wires to make the install clean and tidy.

Summary: Top Notch Electrician did a top notch job for us. They were efficient, competent, communicative, easy to work with, did excellent work, and did a nice job of clean up when done. We would absolutely recommend Top Notch for electrical work, and will call them for any future electrical work that we need done.

Details: Our contractor chose Top Notch Electrician to do the electrical work required by code for the conversion of our covered back patio into an additional room. Top Notch worked with us to create a plan that would provide the needed wiring and outlets in spite of three walls of the room now being the former brick outside of the house.

The person in charge from Top Notch made sure that his crew understood the plan before they began. We had agreed to use conduit on the brick walls, and the crew was ready with the equipment to cut and bend the conduit and attach it to the brick. The crew showed their expertise by working efficiently and getting the job done right the first time. When they were through, their installation looked really nice and professional, and they had done a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

We were particularly impressed by how considerate the crew was and how well they communicated with us during the job. Before they began, they discussed the plan with us, and they let us know that the drilling into the brick would be noisy. At lunch time, they let us know when they were about to leave and when they would be back. When they were done, they let us know and explained that the next step was an inspection by the town, that the inspection had been requested, and that it would probably be the next week before it was done.

Top Notch has helped me with many projects. Danielle & Brittany are always so helpful and willing to jump through hoops to help me out when need be. From ownership, dispatch, to technicians they truly are “top notch.” They will continue to be my go to.

Top Notch added wiring for our new septic system. The technicians did an awesome job in a timely manner. They were very friendly and polite. This company owns up to it's name...they were TOP NOTCH!

I've had Top Notch Electrician do a couple of small projects around my house, but they just finished a major solar inverter install for me to fix major problems caused by another company. The Top Notch team was truly top notch. They wired up my inverters, a Generac transfer switch, the PV cutoffs, multiple breakers, battery cables and the circuits needed to get everything working. They are very professional, competent and trustworthy. Highly recommended!!

Haden has redone every light in my house to make everything brighter and up to code in great speed. Definitely recommend him to do any electrician type things. He’s also real good lookin. 5 stars.

We called about some intermittent electrical service to our house. Haden came out and, though there wasn't anything he could do for us, he explained the issue thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend 👌.

Brandon Pace and the entire top notch crew went above and beyond what we needed and even had better suggestions than we did! Great job guys highly recommend
