Terry and his team were amazing! We installed 6 recessed lights in our kitchen. They responded quickly and do an amazing job. They not only do a great job with the installation, but also left my home clean when they were done. Our kitchen is brighter and exactly how I imagined. I highly recommend them! Worked with TNE recently for some additional outlets to be added- attic access bringing outlets down a wall for a tv and computers. First off Andrew and Payson were right on time, always a good sign. TNE actually got my scheduled day moved up to same day- so that was even more amazing. The work performed by these two fine upstanding electricians was outstanding- they were professional, communicative, and very conscientious of my needs and what I could expect. They did a great job in circumstances that became increasingly difficult, exceeded my expectations, and did a fantastic job cleaning up and putting things back as they were. Both electric and plumbing work always goes awry once projects start- that is their nature. What you think will be easy never is- and TNE and their employees are ready for the challenge. I highly recommend this company- choose them with confidence. A note about price- they were not the cheapest choice, but their pricing was very competitive and they were available almost immediately. Tory at the office was extremely responsive and pleasant to talk to- that combined with their timeliness and performance should be factored into a buying decision. That and the cheapest in plumbing and electric is sure to get you just that- cheap work. When it comes to your home or business that is just not the right decision. Red Bull cheers to TNE- THANKS!!

The owner, Terry Adams, and all of his employees at Top Notch Electrician truly make the company name come true. I requested a quote for a whole house generator. Terry met with me, and I was impressed that the business owner was the person to provide me the quote. That was not the case with other quotes I received. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and has a great business attitude. He made selecting his company very easy for me. I had several contacts with his office staff through the process. Tori and Brittany were so kind, polite and knowledgeable. I learned that Brittany is also an electrician. Justin, Kennen and Peyton were the technicians who completed the Generac installation for me. They mirrored the attitude of the owner. Each of them answered my questions, were very polite and also extremely knowledgeable. They did a very professional job and cleaned up after completion. I always try to hire local businesses. Top Notch is definitely one I would highly recommend and will use in the future.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. We have been through heck and back trying to get our house built and ready for us to move in. They've been above and beyond in their patience while working with us and our ever-changing schedule, helping us several times with events out of our control, and so much more. I’ve dealt with numerous electricians over the years, but never had the type of customer service I experienced with Terry and his team.

Kennen and the other tech with him were two of the most helpful and honest guys I’ve dealt with in along time. The guys went above and beyond to not only complete a very professional install, but help educate me as a home owner on other items I needed them to look at. A+++ job all around, from quoting to communication from the office staff to execution by the techs.

Highly recommended to anyone who wants the job done right. I will definitely be referencing them to any friends moving forward.

We just moved into a new house and our master bedroom lost power. Called Top Notch. Brittany was amazing to deal with and got us scheduled the same day. Logan and his team showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got it resolved. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be using Top Notch again. Would highly recommend.

Their website says free estimates but they charge 89.95 for an estimate. False advertising. Update to owners response: Yes, I ABSOLUTELY expected a FREE estimate as advertised, I did not request a service call but a quote. It was your untrained staff, Tory, who caused the problem not me. I found another company who had NO problem coming out to give me a FREE estimate.

This company is fast & efficient with super customer service! We ask for Colby. Such a great guy & met Trent this time who was the same! So competent and friendly. We’ll continue to use & request them. Office staff is so accommodating & friendly too!

I used to think my house was haunted by gremlins who loved to mess with the electricity. Lights would dim, outlets would randomly stop working, and my toaster started developing a personality. Then, Steven and Dylan from Top Notch Electric arrived, armed with their tools and a can-do attitude. They banished those electrical gremlins (or at least fixed whatever wires they were chewing on) and now my house is running smoother than a buttered-up otter on a waterslide. Seriously, these guys are the best. If your house is experiencing paranormal electrical activity, call them! 5 out of 5 stars, would hire again.

This company lives up to its name, truly "Top Notch!" This is the second job I've had this company done for me and each time they have been absolutely fantastic! Like always, Terry, the owner, personally came out to give me an estimate, book the actually job date less than a week later and they arrived on time and worked non-stop! Communications between the company and I were constant and responsive. They paid attention to details and made sure everything was done to my exact specifications! I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommending them to my friends and family!
