One call is all it took. Got right on it. They understood I can't live without my A/C. Especially in this Texas heat! We were lucky with Fast, same day service. Fixed us right up. Very professional!!!

Called Brock the owner on a Sunday and he came to the rescue! Our AC was not cooling, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!

Great service!! Called on a Saturday at about 4 and Carl was there in about 45 minutes. Customer service is top of the line. We will use only True A/C for now on.

We called Broc at 9pm on a Friday and without hesitation he came out and fixed our AC! He even checked everything and made sure the whole system was working correctly before he left! Very professional, definitely would recommend!

Had my mini split leak out the coolant. Called them today at 1pm, they said they can come out after I get off work. Fast, reasonable, polite. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Had them come out for our older model hvac system in this 104 degree summer heat and they were out here in a timely manner, they are compassionate and understanding. We had a different piece on our a/c break after they fix our freon leak ( it was working when he left). The motor on this system runs backwards when it goes out. They were out again the next day and fixed the motor keeping our low budget in mind. These guys do great work, are friendly, considerate and compassionate. They make time for those in need even when they are super busy. If your looking for an hvac company use these guys, they know their stuff even on older models, and they have a bit of parts on hand.

True air is amazing, I can't thank them enough for thier awesome and prompt service. The owner broc was so professional and nice it was refreshing to see someone so concerned and happy to help his customers. The gentlemen that assisted him were very kind and answered all my questions will be using them for all my future hvac needs.Thank you true air for a very enjoyable experience and for an amazing new system.

AC quit working at 7:30 PM on a Thursday. We called and within an hour they were at the house, 30 minutes later had replaced a bad part. Reasonable price as well. I 100% recommend them if you need help and we will use them again!

Carl and his associate arrived on time. They immediately started doing a check of the outside A/C unit and then the inside A/C unit. They found our problem in the attic (which is very hot this time of year) that was a significant leak (they showed me a photo) in the piping that carries the cooled air around the house to the vents. They fixed the leak and then did a maintenance check of the inside and outside units. They replaced a capacitor that was weakening in the outside unit. Carl told me what my charge would be which I thought was a reasonable amount. I plan to continue using them in the future when needed at my office and residence!

Had my ac go out on a Sunday night , called first thing Monday morning , he came out and diagnosed the issue..... Super professional, great work and good quality workmanship.... Not all heros wear capes....

I strongly recommend True Air Conditioning!! Broc was able to squeeze us in the same afternoon we called. He was able to fix the problem quickly and get our AC working! Skills and service are excellent. Will definitely call again for future services!!!

Compressor stopped running late Saturday and we decided to call True Air Conditioning Sunday morning and he was booked up but said he would squeeze us in. Very polite and courteous. Had to change our run capacitor. He still came at 9:30 at night and we were so appreciative because it’s so hot. Big recommendation hear if you need service.

Brock the owner answered an early morning call from us, and was at our house within the hour. He was incredibly professional, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had it fixed just as fast. Very honest, and affordable for the highest quality of work. We won’t ever be calling anyone else!

I will most definitely use True air Conditioning in the future. I called them on a Friday to come look at the AC. Carl came out that afternoon. Found were I had a freon leak. Told them I needed to discuss with my husband. Called Monday morning and Carl was back out Monday afternoon getting it fixed. They were very professional, great customer service. Carl was answering and explaining everything to me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC work!! Thanks Brock and Carl for getting my AC up and running again!!

Brock the gentleman that owns true air is a true professional. I call him in the early hours of the day and he was at my house immediately. Diagnose the problem, ordered the part and came back the next day quite promptly and installed the part. price was very reasonable. This Young man is very professional and has a great attitude.

These guys go the extra mile to do an outstanding job! Had a fan replaced on a weekend the first time with a quick response and reasonable fee. Next we received a very reasonable quote from Broc to have new outside unit and gas unit replaced. He answered all my questions. Then we had the units installed and Broc and Carl stayed as long as it took to get all the old equipment replaced properly to perfection. No corners cut to save time! No mess left behind, and we are more than pleased with the finished product. We will continue to use this company for all our A/C and heating needs.
