Brock made a special trip from Goliad to Refugio just to get our ac serviceable over the weeked. This man actually cares about his customers and can clearly explain the problem with your ac.
Would highly recommend this company.
Two gentlemen came back Monday morning to replace the coil on our outside compressor.
Broc chased down the warrenty on our unit
Thus saving money. Technicians tested unit
function after repair.
This was an extensive repair which was handled professionally from beginnig to end.
We wll definately continue to use True
Air for service in the future and recommend
them to anyone needing

I called True Air mid afternoon on Thursday before Easter and got an answer on first try. I was told they could come out Good Friday before noon. Got a call from the tech Friday morning saying they would be there in an hour. They got there in less than an hour and were done in about 45 minutes. I would recommend this business to anyone. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy and just good people! Thank you True Air, you are appreciated!!

High praises for Brock. My other service provider was not going to be able to get someone out until almost two days later. (Not upset with them, I understand the demand in the summer) I found this company on Google and it had high reviews. I decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. All the reviews in my opinion are true because I can dido what the say. I called Brock around noon and he was able to make time and come out a few hrs later. He fixed the capacitor in no time and had my A/C running within 15 min. I was greatly thankful, especially in this summer heat. He will be my go-to person from now on. Highly recommend!! They were excellent! Ac stopped cooling this past Sunday. Reached out to them and there were able to get out here and fix it super quick. Did I mention it was on Sunday! Ended up being a capacitor and a breaker switch. They were professional and very fast. Had me back up and running in under 30 minutes. Thanks again and I shall use them again in the future.

If I could give this company negative Stars I would. I called and had they come out for mini split not working. They charged me the $180 service call. Told me they needed to order parts. Ok. 2 weeks later I call to get status and I was told still waiting on parts.ok.. 2 weeks later I call and leave message. It’s been a week since then and I’m getting ghosted by an AC company. Very unprofessional and very poor service. Maybe they will have this AC fixed by winter 2023.
