EMS was not only spot on with their assesment but very professional. They kept you informed during the day, as to when they will be at your home. The serviceman was informative, polite and readily available to answer any questions. Went above and beyond with even putting bleach in the line , while doing a quick check on the system. A driver of their trucks was driving recklessly on 59N tonight. I wouldn’t trust this company to do anything right if their employees are cutting people off and driving at high speed on the highway. I couldn’t get their license plates besides WJJ-

I needed a quick fix on a property I own and all big names around quoted an absurd price along with a long wait for service. This Man was professional beyond means, when I explained the job I needed done he quoted immediatley without trying to highball the price. Showed up within an hour of the call and fixed everything needed. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely NO STARS. Scammer. Don't waste your time, money, or resources. I supposedly hired Xavier Henderson of Xcellent Air & Heating to complete/install home products. The company/young man stole funds, and only provided excuses, untruths, and nonservice. Reports have been filed however the public should be aware of such illegal and shady business practices.
