I needed a quick fix on a property I own and all big names around quoted an absurd price along with a long wait for service. This Man was professional beyond means, when I explained the job I needed done he quoted immediatley without trying to highball the price. Showed up within an hour of the call and fixed everything needed. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely NO STARS. Scammer. Don't waste your time, money, or resources. I supposedly hired Xavier Henderson of Xcellent Air & Heating to complete/install home products. The company/young man stole funds, and only provided excuses, untruths, and nonservice. Reports have been filed however the public should be aware of such illegal and shady business practices.

Their staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their services.

Big State Heating & A/C Co. has excellent service and I would highly recommend them if you’re having trouble with your unit. They’re always professional, reliable and friendly. They try and fit you in the same day you call and are very reasonable with their prices. I have used them on a number of occasions and even had them replaced our unit. I have never been disappointed in their service. I greatly appreciate their skill when trying to figure out what the problem is when I call them out. They access the problem and come up with a solution that doesn’t break your wallet each of their team members care about getting your unit working again as promptly as they can.
