Jerry the owner, installed a new air conditioner unit and added a new duct work in our house. They did a great job and were very professional and nice.

I would highly recommend Kramer Electrical. They came out and took care of our electricity issues. They were very prompt, very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Their rates are very competitive. We are very pleased.

Kramer Electric is definitely the best around. They are honest people with good morals. They take great pride in doing a job well done. Its hard to find good honest businesses nowadays but this business has shown themself time and time again that there are still good people that do a good job once hired. I truly recommend Kramer Electric Service and I give them every bit of 5 stars because they deserve all 5 plus some.

I called the telephone number several times, even more than once and only once got through to an unfriendly person, who promised to take care of a leak, I called for, never happened, not even after calling multiple times, said his phone was not registering messages and the left messages were not responded to.

IMHO poor business acts. He gave a cheap price, showed up and said well Im not sure what to do. While he's on the phone with the manufacturer he's telling me he has to charge me hourly. So Im paying you to learn because you dont know what you're doing? Hell I can do that for free.

Then he makes a NEW price to do everything. While he's working, he tells me I need this, that, the other and of course it's not included in the NEW price so he adds all that on too.

Finally we're finished and the new new price is way above everything we talked about. I kept notes as he altered each time, adding new things to the list so we compared my list with his. He finally agreed, yeah, I did say that but Im not making that much money right now.

I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN and will be sure to tell everyone of these poor business acts.

I called Cermin Plumbing Co. with a problem in our Hockley business property, Not only they attended to my call on a promptly manner but they took care of the problem within an hour of my service call. Definitely a reliable business. Very friendly and professional Staff. Thank you Dale.

Hired Dale to install new dishwasher to replace existing one. He was grossly negligent, not even testing the install before leaving. I ran a quick cycle and got an error code “no water”. Called Dale and he said it was a warranty issue. Scheduled warranty service. Tech came out and found crimped water line and fried components due to no water supply. Tech also found Dale had clipped wires to hook up power rather than use terminals provide thus VOIDING WARRANTY! Part arrived, called Dale to install. Completed install and again didn’t test the unit and left. I tested and got another error code indicating discharge pump failure. Dale hadn’t even left neighborhood. He returned, found pump burned out due to no water. He said I’d have to replace machine but he would cover the cost. I’m out $927 and no payment from Dale Cermin plumbing. I’m retired and can’t afford such a loss. New identical machine came and tech installed finding new holes needed to be drilled to accommodate the water lines. Took 20 minutes to install and works fine. Lazy, incompetent Dale Cermin admitted fault but hasn’t reimbursed me. Shame on him!!!!! Do not use this service!!!

On a day when the entire county was looking for plumbers due to a hard freeze, I was lucky enough to find Cermin Plumbing on Google. Dale was able to fit me in to his already hectic day. He was able to patch me up until we could get everything we needed. He came back a couple of days later and had everything put back in order, better than new. I know he was swamped with calls, but he made me feel like I was his most important customer. He did great work, at a fair price and with fantastic service. Thanks!

I called Cermin Plumbing Co after moving to Waller a few months ago - we wanted to do business with a local plumber. I first called Cermin because 2 shower heads had blown out and were stuck on the down rod (improperly installed by the builder), and Dale promptly came out (next day service, impressive). While he was here, I mentioned an issue with a drainage line on the new ice maker and he promptly pulled it out, started pondering and said "I'll be back, I have an idea." THEN the freeze hit, again, new house and we had no hot water. I'm new to the tankless water heater thing. Again, Dale came out promptly and was very honest and said "just let it defrost" (and he quickly remedied our ice maker issue with the part he had bought). THEN HE CHECKED IN WITH ME THAT AFTERNOON, and sure enough the tankless had just de-thawed about 30 min earlier. Customer service - outstanding. You don't find that in the big city :)

I needed a quick fix on a property I own and all big names around quoted an absurd price along with a long wait for service. This Man was professional beyond means, when I explained the job I needed done he quoted immediatley without trying to highball the price. Showed up within an hour of the call and fixed everything needed. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely NO STARS. Scammer. Don't waste your time, money, or resources. I supposedly hired Xavier Henderson of Xcellent Air & Heating to complete/install home products. The company/young man stole funds, and only provided excuses, untruths, and nonservice. Reports have been filed however the public should be aware of such illegal and shady business practices.

Their staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
