Arrived home from Portugal to failed AC and 88 degrees in house. Warranty company sent WO to 72 and they came next AM. Found fan/blower motor failed. Put new motor at 6:30 PM same day. Then found controller board had a short in it. Need new board. Was to come AM next day. Could not find board. 1PM found board. Went to pick it up and supplier sold it to another contractor. Was to come at 2:30PM but had to find another board. Located one in Webster and Kevin drove ~ 95 miles round trip from Spring. Arrived at our house at 4:45PM. Had AC by 5:15PM. This is why 72 degrees/Kevin has customers for life !!!!

Terrible company and horrible customer service! Slow, not responsive. This company was assigned by my home warranty and I would never recommend them. They have made two appointments and no showed both times! It is very disrespectful and unprofessional to schedule a time and then never show. No apology, no explanation. Waste of time. Do not use!

The company came to our rescue in the dead heat of summer after our compressor bit the dust on the weekend. He was able to offer us two different solutions to solve our issue and had it fixed and replaced within 48 hours. Mr Perkins did a great job fixing our AC unit. With the intense summer heat we had our AC go out and hired a different company who did not get the job done right. Thank goodness we found 72degrees. They showed up on time and it fixed plus helped install our digital thermostat. Now everything works efficiently and we are saved from this weather! Thank you Kevin!
