I want to say thank you to Texas Climate Solutions. They came out on short notice in 20 degree weather to fix my heater. Their customer service is by far, the best I've ever seen. What an amazing company.

I have been completely happy using these guys. I have had them out two separate times. a year ago we had a capacitor go out, and then recently, we had our unit serviced bc we were selling the house. They were on time both times, and pricing was very reasonable. Jeff was able to answer any questions i had. I will use them again.

For the second time getting into the Texas heat, our AC was out when we woke up. Jeff came out assessed the issue, found an EXTRA issue that woulda forced a 3rd repair and fixed them both. He’s very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks Jeff!

I had a great experience with them. They are professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. They showed up on time and kept me in the loop for everything that was going on. The pricing was clearly explained and very competitive. Their quote was better than the last 2 quotes I had. When the repair was scheduled, the technicians took care to put a drop cloth all the way upto the 2nd floor so as not to mess up the carpet, arrived and finished on time. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Jeff came out to troubleshoot one of our AC units and get it going and assess the replacement needs of our other unit. Very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Jeff and his team are a family owned and operated grass roots company. They believe in quality, fast service and taking care of their customers. I have used them several times for my AC unit. I know he could have told me my old unit needed to be replaced but he found the problem and fixed it the same day I called. I will not call anyone else!!! Thank you Jeff and Tara.

Texas Climate Solutions has been a life saver for my family this summer. We were having some AC issues with this gruesome Texas heat and Colby came out to assess our unit and helped us with making a quality decision on a new system for our home. Not only was Colby helpful, he was professional, he gave us the facts, and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The installation team were amazing and worked fast to get our house back up and running with AC. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Tarra and she helped clear up questions about financing and so forth. Texas Climate Solutions is a company not to pass over. You will not be disappointed in their service or knowledge about everything with AC and heating.

Our AC went out on a Thursday evening. First thing Friday we called our regular person and they were no longer doing residential. We have zero trust for HVAC companies due to previous bad experiences at our old home so we were VERY hesitant about having to find someone new. Our friend recommended Jeff with Texas Climate Solutions. Jeff was out to our home within 2 hours. As it turned out our entire unit needed to be replaced as it was 19 years old. We knew this day was coming! 😬 Jeff was very up front and honest about our options. Didn’t try to upsell us but showed us all options and explained pros and cons of each and what would work best for our home. First thing Monday his crew was here to install. All of them were very friendly and respectful and left zero remnants of them ever being here once they left. Jeff followed up again the next day with a home visit to double check everything and to ask if we had any questions or concerns and stressed to us that we could call day or night with issues that may arise in the future.

I know it’s hard to find honest people who care to do a job and to do it right and who aren’t in the business to screw people so we were elated to find this company. Being in Texas we all know our AC is a prized possession and a must have in life! Highly recommend!

My elderly parents out in Chappell Hill asked me to write a review for this company because my mother was so impressed with them. My mother said she reached out to her home warranty company and within 30 minutes of that initial phone call she heard back from Texas Climate and was on their schedule for the following morning. They sent out a very nice young man who was professional and kind. Within thirty minutes he located and fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone including my own family.

Jeff and Tarra's crews are top-notch. We've been using them for 9 years now, and the service has been perfect, and reasonably priced, every time. A couple of years ago, our system broke down on a Thursday at 2pm, in the Houston August heat. After a quick call, Bryan, one of their techs, was here two hours later to diagnose the problem, which unfortunately involved a bad compressor unit, to be replaced. Everything was explained to us, and the quote very fair and straight-forward. He promised us that a crew would be here this morning by 8 to start the install, and they were. Everything was working again by 9:30, back to normal. These guys are great, they take care of their customers, and pride in their work. We highly recommend them.
