J&K has been looking after our AC/Heating for a decade now and I would not go anywhere else. They have provided great service, never trying to oversell us on anything and keeping everything running great. They have always been careful and never left messes.

J&K Air conditioning & Heating was referred to me by a smart neighbor, who has used this company for his home for years. I can always count on him to give me good referrals. And J&K did not disappoint!! Jacob came over and brilliantly diagnosed my issue. He fixed everything and checked out my other two condensers too. He stuck around afterwards to explain things to me, as I am NOT an AC person. And, I will not divulge what he charged, but suffice to say it was MORE than reasonable. I highly recommend J&K

I always ask for Jacob when facing AC/Heat issues. he is a very professional, hard working man, always on time, gives you all the information you need and more. Prices are great annual check up is about 75-100$ depending on how long you have been doing business with them, as well as how big is the unit and its accessibility.

Jacob was very responsive to my calls. He answered all my questions and explained everything on my level. I didn't feel like I was pushed into doing something more expensive or unnecessary. Everything was really fair including the price! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and call them with any future issues my HVAC may have.

I've been using J&K for 3 years now and John has done about 4 service calls for me including capacitor replacements and an HVAC motherboard replacement. He is fantastic and definitely knows what he's doing. He won't leave until he knows the issue is fixed. The lady who answers the phones is also very kind and responsive.
