Max came out he texted me to let me know he was own his way, looked at my Whirlpool washing machine told me the problem and it was the computer board told me the cost to replace it plus labor I choose not to have it fixed just to look at it was 59$ which I thought was a good price. I highly recommend this place

The diagnosis revealed that the system simply needed a refrigerant recharge. The service cost was only $250, and now the refrigerator is working perfectly again. A great outcome, especially considering that a new refrigerator would have cost several thousand dollars.

Willing and easy to get appointment to fix small mini baby cooler after calling about ten other companies who would not come. Awesome Fix was absolutely wonderful all around from first contact, fixing appliance, and fair cost,

I had a tech come during the appointment time and tell me what was needed to fix my water line on my fridge. He seemed very knowledgeable. He took my $59 “quote” fee and told me he would be back today to fix everything. No show, no call.

Awesome Fix Service provided a fantastic experience. They were quick to respond and came out to check on our Samsung Wine Cooler. They were incredibly professional and transparent. I was especially impressed that they chose not to charge me the diagnostic fee since they couldn't locate necessary part for my specific model to complete the repair. I highly recommend them for their honesty and excellent customer service!

Max the technician scheduled a same day appointment for 3pm. However, upon finishing a previous client. He reached out to inquire about servicing my appointment earlier; was 1pm. Upon arriving he immediately went to work and fix the issue and I started my laundry. He also informed me if I had any more concerns to contact him. Max was great!!!

I guess I'm the only one that didn't have an Awesome experience. My refrigerator freezer was getting warm , but seemed to be working fine when the tech came by, so he didn't do any repairs. Just verified the fridge was working. I tried to explain that the compressor was running constantly now, and that the freezer was now over-cooling, but he didn't seem to understand what i was saying, or didn't know how to respond. But he was very friendly and professional. So I paid the $59 diagnostic fee and he told me i now had a warranty and could call them back with no fee next time if it was the same issue. Three days later I was having the same issue with the fridge being warm, compressor not running, and tried to get them to come back, and at first the technician said he would stop by after his next job, but 3 hours became 4, and they wouldn't reply to any of my calls or texts, so I ultimately had to go with another company. I also didn't like dealing with their A.I. receptionist, although its pretty good. I was frustrated dealing with this company, so definitely not Awesome in my opinion.

Recommend! Excellent service, fast response time. He quickly opened our dryer and walked me through exactly what was wrong, he even had the parts on hand to fix everything! Amazing experience (especially during a busy holiday season!!)

After offering a $59 Diagnostic Fee, I Called them up, they showed up, found the broken part, fixed the problems quickly & charged me a reasonable fee to get me going again. Considering the units only 5 yrs. Old & it would have cost me at least $700 or more to remove & install a new replacement. Which was my other option. And I don't work for them, nor do I own any stock or am I related in any way. Max was Great 👍 I would recommend again & a refund of the diagnostic fee. As that was the bait that did the trick. 👍😁

Awesome technician! Max is always responsive, communicates well, professional, friendly, easy to work with, fair prices, work area is clean, he cleans up well and he is a great listener. He knows how to repair ovens, microwaves, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Doesn’t talk too much, but comes in makes a diagnosis and gets to work.

Had an issue with my microwave tripping the breaker every time I hit start. Was able to schedule an appointment and service tech was out within 3 hours. Maksim was courteous and was able to correct the issue in very little time.

Max showed up at the designated time with tools in hand. He had the problem diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. The condenser fan on my 13 year old refrigerator had stopped working. Fortunately he had one in his car and had it fixed very quickly. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely call Awesome Fix Service again if the need arises. 👍👍👍👍👍

He gave a correct diagnosis of our washing machine the first time, ordered the part, then made the repair quickly. All of this for a very reasonable price and fast service. We will be calling him again.

Technician Max was great and very meticulous. We recently had our roof replaced and debris feel inside the vent-a-hood above our cooktop. Max carefully took our custom vent apart and cleaned out the nails, felt, and wood pieces that fell into the fan motor. I appreciated his thoroughness and confidence in reinstalling the vent and ensuring that it worked properly. On top of this, we received same day service and great communication of his arrival.
