I’ve recently started working with TrueSpark Electric on their online presence, and Edgar has been fantastic to collaborate with — professional, responsive, and clearly focused on taking great care of his customers. Based on my experience working with them so far, I’d happily recommend TrueSpark Electric to anyone in the Waxahachie area looking for a reliable, detail-oriented electrician.

They do great work in a timely fashion, and are flexible with scheduling. Installation was very clean. I plan on using them again!

TrueSpark was easy to work with. They were prompt, priced reasonably and take pride in their work. I will definitely use them again on my next project!!

This is a company you really need to look into, while they may not help you develop free energy, their playing their part to help me figure things out.

Called Xmas eve promptly came and ran wires for tankless water heater. Reasonable price

I’m so happy I call this company they are very professional, and friendly. The work was done so quickly I was like wow. If you need someone to do some electrical work they will take good care of you.

Overpriced costs for advertised services. $130 single data run cost $495 due to inexperienced techs who showed up to do a data run without data cable. Probably charged for the time required to go get cable. Would NOT recommend for data cabling.

Barry and Justin were awesome and when way above and did a fantastic job!!! We will definitely have them back to do more ceiling fans and plugs !

Just had my panel upgraded on my 1950s house. They worked all day (12 hrs!) in the 100+ heat and were very friendly and professional!

Call to talk with someone about my issue. Was told someone can come out in three weeks to take a look. When I asked if I could just talk to someone I was given attitude placed on hold. When they came back I got more attitude and some baseline prices. I know it’s COVID times and everyone is stressed and trying to save money. So is it too much to ask for a guesstimate on a price. At least able to ask questions with out paying $100+hr.

Installed my beautiful ceiling fan in the breakfast nook and installed the new plugs in the master bedroom for the TV mount! Oh and FIXED the bedroom fan so it doesn’t make that hideous sound - all because you were already there and so immensely kind!
Thanks for problem SOLVING the plugs in the bedroom! The solution is perfect! Way to think out of the box! Please say you guys will help with all the installs and projects in our new home!!

I called with a couple of electrical problems in the barn on my new house. Herbie squeezed me in within two hours of my call. Matt and his helper came out and fixed both of my problems in record time. Thought that I had at least $1500.00 worth of work, and wound up with a $225.00 bill.
