Stuart was awesome. He has ended up on calls for my A/C a few times. He is thorough and follows up on everything as he commits.

Henri’ was great! He took care of so much in so little time and was very friendly. He was also very respectful. I will definitely ask for him in the future for my electric issues.

Update: I got the membership where they come out and do a system inspection twice a year.

Hunter provided 5-star service from the get-go. I appreciated that he listened to the past issues I've had and provided expert explanations and insight into it all.

5/5 stars for this company’s responsiveness and help with our plumbing issues. We appreciate our original plumber, James, for his diagnostic work. The following day we had Chance and his team come out to fix the initial issue. Then Donald came out for a hot water issue and was able to swiftly fix the issue and we were back up and running!
They were all very professional, determined to fix the issue at the best price possible, and even went above and beyond to get us in touch with a restoration company that was there the first day to assess the damage.
Absolutely amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this company and their employees.

Jonathan Firm helped us with our electrical problem. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

We have been customers since the MES days and overall, the service and technicians have been/are great despite a few bumps that were resolved.

That being said, Stuart Smith has been the most amazing technician we have had in all our years with MES/Willard. He is extremely friendly, respectful of our home/time, and very knowledgeable. He always explains his findings, the repair options (if any), costs, and shows us/explains the completed work. He has fully gained our trust, and we are always happy to see it’s Stuart that shows up for our maintenance and repair calls.

I wish all technicians were like Stuart. Get his man a raise!! 😀

Update for 11/11/24 Maintenance Call:
Aaron Aguillon was friendly, professional and went over all of his findings with us today. His findings included a capacitor that appeared to be working solely on a prayer. He got us fixed up in no time, and made sure everything else is good for the upcoming heating season. My only fuss is they had this veteran working on Veterans Day!! He should have had the day off paid ;)

Had another great experience with the Willard team. This time it was my water heater that needed replacing. Justin was very friendly, informative, and professional.

Matt was awesome! Came out and was straight with me on what the issue was. I’d call Willard AC again for any of my HVAC needs strictly based off of Matt’s customer service level, and his professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Hilton from Willard Air Conditioning & Plumbing and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment he arrived, it was clear that I was in capable hands.

Eric was punctual, arriving right on time for our scheduled appointment, which I greatly appreciated. Eric's expertise was evident as he quickly identified the issue and provided me with a quick response on our issue.

What stood out most was Eric's commitment to customer service. He was patient and answered all my questions related to additional available services, offering valuable tips on maintenance to help prolong the life of my A/C unit.

At first, Willard couldn't schedule me until the next day, which was fine. About 5 minutes after ending our call, they called back with same day availability so that was a wonderful relief. Casey showed up and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He laid out my options without pressuring one way or the other and had our AC working within 30 or so minutes. Very thankful for his quick work!

Stuart did an amazing job. Please send him out only for HVAC services and any questions that I have in the future thank you very much and thank you for sending him out.

James was awesome. He did a great job explaining everything that had to be done. He was even stuck on another job prior to mine and I received several calls both from the company and from James letting me know about his ETA. He was thorough, patient, and kind. He had to explain things a few different times to both my husband and I (who was on the phone) and he took the time to help us and make sure we knew what we had to do. Honestly, I was quite surprised (maybe better to say freaked out) at the cost of the work, but James made me feel better knowing I could trust the company and their workmanship.

Noah Sims - he arrived timely, installed my water heater and cleaned everything up. He did a great job.

Willard has acquired Coomes HVAC and it is virtually impossible to speak with a supervisor or someone who can answer questions since the ownership change.However, Willard contacted me and explained the issue of converting a purchased company to their system did create some issues that have since been resolved and phones are answered promptly and calls are returned. Their response has resulted my rating to a 5.

Today I had the pleasure of having Abel With Willard come look at our old broken system, due to having the headache of home warranty companies, Abel was very smart and efficient! He presented his findings to me in a very timely manner and found my systems repairs were way to much to spend on a 15 year old system, I ended up purchasing a new system from him and man do I have to say I never feel good about spending money but in my 82 years of life today was the first time I felt like I made an amazing decision with an amazing company like Willard! Request Abel for all your heating and air needs and you won’t be disappointed!

Jacob arrived to do a routine inspection of our HVAC system. He was very professional, answered questions I had, and suggested a coolant check in our outside line. As it turned out, the coolant was low and Jacob replaced it immediately. He made certain all of our system's settings were returned to where we had them before he left. Thank you, Jacob, for doing a great job for us!

Erik my electrician came out and did some electrical work for me and did a great job and was very patient

Stuart Smith has become our GoTo tech for service on our Trane system. He responds quickly, ALWAYS knows what he's doing on any situation, and he gets it resolved quickly and one visit gets it done. When he recommends getting something done that requires special attention, we do it. I cannot speak highly enough of this tech. It's great to know one I can trust.
