A+ Job ! Jerry and Creed did an excellent job. They were both professional, very friendly and their attention to detail was awesome.They went beyond expectations. Highly recommend these two !

James did a great job painting and sealing our deck! This is the second time we have used him and he is always very nice and professional, and communicates well.

Note: original review attached. Once they made an effort towards fair resolution i deleted it. Sadly, they didn't resolve or follow through. We'll have to sue for a refund.

The ceiling is cracked around our venthood.
We had a horrific experience. The results were completely unacceptable. It was like pulling teeth to get them to honor the guarantee.

Eventually the owner did stop by. Subsequently he sent the original contractor back, who still didn't fix the problem. Ultimately they did NOT honor their guarantee because we're out almost $800 AND we still have to hire someone competent to do the job

Ace Handyman Services delivered on what was promised. James C. did an excellent exterior painting job for our home and his professional and attention to detail was outstanding. I would use Ace Handyman services again without hesitation.

James was fantastic! I had a Murphy bed that made no sense with the final assembly stages. James not only validated my frustration but completed the work with a smile. I will absolutely use Ace Handyman services again and will request James.

I have used Ace Handyman Services twice in the last few months and can confidently say that they delivered high-quality service on both occasions. First, they replaced my fence, and most recently, they hung several art pieces on my walls. Mr. Efrain arrived on time and followed my instructions precisely, delivering excellent service as expected. I highly recommend this company and will be using their services again in the future.

James K fixed five of my doors that had problems ranging from misalignments, sticking, not staying open, and a new door lock not latching properly. He showed up right on time, was professional, and very quick about his work. I’ll be calling for James K. for any other door repairs needed.

Martin did an excellent job fixing our ceiling damage due to water leak damage. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable.

We needed someone to do various things at my son's house in Houston. I Googled handyman services and began reading reviews. Ace Handyman Services had the best reviews by far. So I called them for quotes. Absolutely the best decision! Always on time, efficient, knowledgeable, conscientious and very friendly!! Ron and Ray did our quotes. They explained everything and and answer all our questions and concerns. Duane and Jon did the work. Completely professional and did a fantastic job! We will definitely use them again!!

Ace Handyman Services Pearland provided great service. The handyman James was professional. He explained what was going on with our door and completed the repair in a very timely manner. The price was reasonable and I appreciate that the workmanship comes with a warranty!

Great experience! Communication with ACE perfect. Paul was wonderful to work with setting the scope of my projects & appoint time that fit my needs. James was the tech sent to do the work. Got here on time & began the work immediately. Very friendly with great attitude. As soon as he got here & reviewed the project I could tell his mind was moving forward preparing a plan for the jobs involved. He installed a window AC unit, replaced weather stripping on three exterior doors and installed new hardware on one interior door. James was great! He kept me informed of progress all along the way with friendly & respectful explanations. Enjoyed working with him.

The handyman removed an old pedestal sink and installed a new vanity in my bathroom. He did a great job and was very cordial. He also reduced the bill since it took only two hours instead of the projected three.

Excellent service! James hung a bunch of stuff for us. The shutter outside (that was hung incorrectly last time from someone else) and a bunch of pictures inside that were too high for us to get too! He was quick, neat and very sweet! I definately recommend! I called and they came the same week!

I highly recommend this company! We had a water leak from our 2nd-story bathroom to the kitchen, and their service was superb! Technician James did fantastic drywall and repair work, going above and beyond by suggesting options and picking up the new vanity and faucet to keep the project on track. Office manager Paul ensured a seamless process with clear communication about charges and scheduling, making the experience stress-free. Fantastic work by James and Paul!

James was amazing repairing drywall damage in my upstairs bathroom. He came out to my home the day before New Years Eve, just a few hours after I called. He was prompt, professional and did excellent work, completing the job same day. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the repair and the speed of response. Thanks again James!
