We’ve had a few different pool maintenance people over the years, but we like Aaren the best. He’s friendly, explains things well and does a crazy good job.

PoolTec provides reliable service at a competitive price. Their technician, Christian Para, is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to update me on my pool's condition. Happy customer.

I want to give my pool tech Juan Moreno a review. He has done an amazing job he answers all my questions takes care of the pool very well, very polite should be proud to have him on your team.

When I received the original estimate it was apparent that I was being upsold on items that I didn't need but in the spirit of getting the repairs done I approved the work. The technician arrived on site and began upselling more. After replacing a multiport valve for $800 he told me the problem was actually my filter. After assessing the non working pump (which was quoted at $900 to replace) he informed me that there was actually more work required to fix the pump. I finally told the technician to leave and called in another company who debunked all the false claims and fixed the problems.

This company is hit or miss for me. Once they switched owners, I was not informed that the auto pay would not transfer, nor did I receive invoices. Since my cc was charged monthly, i assumed that it would be communicated if the payments would change. I was then charged over $1300 at once.

A storm blew some glass from my fire pits in to my pool and the technician was great at cleaning it up but then dumped the pile in my yard for me to have to clean up prior to my dog running around.

Today, the technician was at my home for about 12 mins (trust me, i love quick service) however, did not clean the skimmer basket. I’m worried that the quality since change of ownership has declined but hoping it’s temporary.

Christian was very prompt and professional with the work he performed on my equipment plumbing. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and make recommendations to resolve my issue(s). He cleaned up well and communicated other work that could he performed based on questions I was asking. I would recommend Christian to anyone looking for assistance and will specifically ask dor him the next time I need service.

Cameron Gonzales is my cleaner and he does a fantastic job of keeping my pool looking beautiful. He is always very nice and answers any questions I may have. I am so happy he is now my pool tech.

Juan Moreno has been great keeping our pool clean. He's friendly and keeps me informed of any issues. If my small yappy dog is ever in the backyard when he arrives, he's so good with him until I can bring him inside.

Wanted to recognize Aeren for the service he provides to keep our pool in good condition. He is consistent with completing his checklists task to keep the pool chemistry good during this high heat time. Juan Moreno is great! He is very thorough, professional and tolerates our over friendly dogs! We appreciate his attention to detail and always makes sure our pool is in excellent shape. He deserves a raise no matter what he makes. Keeps me with Pooltec and I always recommend the company to friends

First thing I wanna do is to thank Pooltec For Hiring Juan Moreno. He was servicing my pool one day and found that my diverter valve was leaking water. He came to me and told me what he thought was causing the problem. I called his office and they sent out a repair man and repaired It. w I Would highly recommend pooltec as your pool service. Since I started using your service over 10 years ago, my pool water chemistry has always been excellent. I have never had an issue with algae or chemical imbalance. The technician does an exceptional job in ensuring pool use can occur as soon after treatment as possible.

We were out of town for two weeks and had not been able to to keep an eye on our pool. When we got back, it was very very green. When Juan Moreno came by to do the weekly chemicals in our pool, he said, don’t you worry I will take care of this! Take care of it he did! I don’t know what magic he did, but within a few hours, all the green had just fallen off the walls without me even brushing it. it went from disgusting to swim ready in a very short amount of time! Juan Is always so respectful and so kind and genuinely cares that you are happy with your pool and his service! He is the best Pool Service person we have ever had in the eight years we have been here!

Aaron has done a terrific job getting my pool back in shape. We had ducks over the summer and he managed to keep pool running great even with the ducks here. The last one left and he has overhauled the pool back to optimum working conditions. Awesome job.
