Kristen has serviced our pool for the last 4 years. She is reliable/dependable, always arriving on her scheduled day (even in rain, freeze, lightning). Her knowledge of pools is immense and has always been able to clear any issues we may be having. She has replaced our failing filter and pump and fixed our heater. We are extremely happy with the service we have received from Kristen.
