I love this business. Stacy takes good care of me in terms of scheduling and the crew always provides a professional service. Very courteous, very professional. Always happy with their work and at a fair price. What else could you ask for?

I've used the team at Window Genie for cleaning gutters and was very pleased. I was also glad that I wasn't the one on the ladder.
I recently had them do the power washing also and it looks so much better than when I do it myself. I'm signed up to take advantage of the annual maintenance plan.

Window genie constantly places bandit signs at intersections in Clear Lake. They do not respect our neighborhood and make it look trashy. Use other, local services.

My first encounter with Window Genie of Clear Lake was with Stacey, she has a wonderful way with people and truly cares about customers and she satisfies 100%. In current times it is rare to speak to a live (real) person. The appointments were completed to perfection. Mary came (owner) review what needed to be done for window cleaning especially being storm windows.

Carlton (owner) came with his crew prepared for the mission. Each team member knew exactly what to do working in harmony with each other. Several hours were involved and I was ask by a few team leaders what I needed them to do additionally.
All were in uniform and were professional, well mannered, perfect appearance and very respectful of my property. They wanted to please with their vast knowledge with well organized cleaning materials. I now have a contract with Window Genie of Clear Lake for window washing-(cleaning) and contract for gutter cleaning. No 'drama' only honest and ethical owners, Stacey and entire crew. Window Genie has been cleaning my concrete, home exterior, and windows for several years. They do quality work and have a nice staff that is easy to work with. Jalen and Clyde did a good job.

Clyde and Chris from Window Genie were great. We bought a house and the windows were filthy. They look awesome and they even cleared out the wasp nest for us. I will call them next time we need our windows cleaned.

Window Genie crew came out and cleaned windows inside and out! The crew members were efficient but friendly. Our rooms were so bright I thought the lights were on when they weren’t. No mess, no leftovers, nice folks all around, and a great bargain!

Window Genie recently cleaned my interior and exterior windows and did a fantastic job! The two gentlemen arrived on time and worked diligently on my windows. The were very knowledgable and left my windows looking better than ever. We'll certainly call them again for any window cleaning needs.

The other ChemDry came out and charged me $500 for cleaning and left every single stain that was on my carpet. So I called James at A Amazing Chem Dry and spoke with him about all the stains. He came out and treated them with a couple of different spot removers, used his machine (which the other place does not use) to clean and raked after. My carpet looks amazing and brand new! I am thrilled with my carpet. James went above and beyond in getting it clean and I appreciate the effort he put forth. I have my carpet done 3 or 4 times a year and I will be calling James in the future! Excellent work! Thank you, James!

James is awesome and down to earth. My daughter has been using his services for years and now I follow her footsteps. Very professional and accommodated our schedules. I had contemplated on replacing my current area rug that had coffee stains. James came to the rescue and made my existing rug look new again and saved me money. I highly recommend his services for all your needs.

Amazing Chemdry does speaks for its name. James, the owner, did an awesome job on my carpet and tile. He texted me a couple days before, and called to notify me before he arrive the day of the job. What an impressive business man he is. He also did not ask me for the review but I felt very strongly to let everyone knows to use him when you need your carpet or tile or furniture clean because he is the best. I found these guys via a Charity ball they donated to. I did not win the certificate, but their generous nature and feedback from the client that won the GC won me over. They had my business!

I know they do large commercial jobs to even smaller jobs. I have a new baby coming to the house in a few weeks, and I wanted my floors cleaned professionally.

We hired them to come do our tile. They showed up on time (early actually) to set up their equipment. We're so friendly, kind and personable I felt like I was having a friend do my floors! Normally if I have folks come do a job they are in and out with no words! So friendly!

I was kind of embarrassed about how bad my floors were but he was so kind and took my worries away.

They have a process down to the T! No harsh chemical smell (a little bit of a chemical smell) but nothing that knocked me out.

My house looked so fresh after the cleaning! Smelled fresh too!

I would 100% recommend them for your business or home.
