This was not a good experience at all. I prepaid, then when job was completed, my card was charged and then I even tipped the team...only to find out when I came back, to the house to start moving items into my kitchen and bathroom...they had not cleaned the main areas asked. The house was empty, they had instructions to do deep clean of those areas and clean ceiling fans where able...none of it done. I was so disappointed...

Kimberly deep cleaned my house today. It’s just so nice to have the blinds, windows, ceiling fans, baseboards all clean, along with countertops, floors, sinks…. everything cleaned with a smile! I really appreciate Merry Maids!!

Candy did an excellent job!
I requested a morning appointment with Sylvia, but Candy did not arrive until after 3 p.m. causing me to wait all day. I called and talked to someone (not Sylvia) around 11:00 and was told she would be at my home around 1:00. Did no arrive until after 3.

Shanita has been here the last 2 times. She did a great job. Never makes me feel bad or awkward for whatever she has to deal with! She ‘s professional , helpful, and very kind to my 81 year old mother. I appreciate her very much.

I had a dedicated house keeper for over 20 years ad was quite spoiled because she knew all of our preferences. After trying several services now have a team once monthly from Merry Maids (Marina and Maugda) who come close to our retired housekeeper.
It can be hit or miss if you are not on a regular schedule, but if you are clear and specific on your cleaning preferences (dusty floorboards are my pet pivy). I love coming home to a clean house. Thank you Roy for those reminders of my scheduled date. :)

Merry Maids did a fabulous job on our home! Very reasonably priced and worth every penny! They deep cleaned my kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms very thoroughly. They did the basic cleaning on the rest of my house, but I’d say it was beyond basic! It was fabulous! Thank you Merry Maids!

We were out of town for several months, with house guests using our place a number of times in our absence. Returning just a few days before we were expecting a number of guests for an event, we found the floors really dirty, a build up of dust everywhere, and lots of smudges and other signs of the "living" our guests had left behind. What to do? We called Merry Maids of South Houston, and they sent us Olga. What a GREAT experience. She showed up with all of her own cleaning equipment and went to work like a tornado, cleaning every moment until the house was sparkling and ready for our company. My wife says the refrigerator hasn't been this clean since we bought it 15 years ago. Thank you, thank you, OLGA for a job beautifully and meticulously done.

As a busy mom of three small children and two fur babies it’s easy to fall behind and feel overwhelmed. I was so impressed with the ladies that came to my home. They did an amazing job and where super friendly and left no surface untouched. Just knowing how detailed they are really puts my mind at ease.

Moved into a new house. The previous owner seemed to have never cleaned it in the 20 years they lived there and they smoked in the house. I felt sorry for the cleaners and didnt expect much improvement but to my shock it was exponentially better. It completely changed how I felt about all the improvements I am making to the home. The staff is amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.

I could not have asked for better service. They arrived on time and came prepared to tackle the task. My wife and I both work full-time and with 3 kids the house can sometimes get neglected. Merry Maids cleaned our home spotless, and was able to take some of the chaos from our busy schedules. They were friendly and professional and performed detailed work that we have been unable to do or hadn't even noticed. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for our home.
