I had a plumbing issue right before freezing weather was expected. ARS provided same day service. I was kept informed about expected time technician would arrive. When they got here I expected the worst since 2 toilets, shower and tub were backing up and not draining. The tech gave his recommendation and cleared the line instantly. While the tech waited, I checked all the drains. The problem was solved and afterwards the crew showed me a video of what was cleared. Best of all my stress was gone after getting a bill under a 100 dollars. Thanks Adam m

Excellent work and professionalism from the service technician. The price was high because of our limited income. I would have liked a better savings coupon or a bigger discount for senior citizens. Or allow the coupon and the discount for seniors to be stacked.

Frank and Diego really did a top-notch install. Their attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. The job couldn't have been any better than what they accomplished. I'm very pleased. Peyton on the sales team efforts was excellent. His proposal was a fair price and he locked me in a great financial deal through a Lowe's Synchrony plan. The service manager Rodney topped off the job by installing the gas to propane conversion kit very personable and professional. Thank you ARS / Rescue Rooter and the teams that got the job done. ARS sent me a text that my tech is on his way to my residence and once the tech was near he also called. Conner was very respectful and professional, gave good advice and recommended possible necessary services.

ARS/ Rescue Rooter came to my house quickly after I called. Joseph Muniz was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out and fixed my plumbing problem quickly and gave me helpful advice. I would absolutely call them again in the future.

ARS quickly assessed our needs and made recommendations that fit our budget, while ensuring we'd be happy with the outcome. They removed our old water heater (that was 30 years old!) and replaced it, while also bringing us up to code. They worked quickly & efficiently, and were courteous & informative. I would definitely recommend ARS for any of your plumbing or electrical needs!

Tub drain needed unclogging. Called and they were able to come right away. Very nice gentleman (Durrell). It was tough at first but he was able to find and clear it. Great service and worked with me on the price. I’ll definitely call them again in the future.

Excellent service! The plumbers (Durrell Smith and Brandon Comstock) with ARS Rescue Rooter arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided extensive education about the problem and fixed it efficiently and expeditiously. Very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Our plumber was great! Didn’t quit on finding and fixing the problem. He unclogged our shower drain by pulling out a huge hair tie. He could have stopped working at it as soon as water fed through but wasn’t satisfied by how the water was going down so he continued at it and fixed it! I never review anything, ever but this guys hard work earned it! Shout out to Christopher Faa!

Excellent service. Just had a remodel with granite countertops and the contractor didn’t connect all the plumbing correctly and left it unfinished. So to get it done correctly I made a call and it was completed in an hour. Price was a little high with discount but it looks good and the tech was professional, courteous and proficient. I will call again when needing plumbing work done..

I had an excellent experience with the air-conditioning service today. Christian (Chris), the technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what was going on with my system. He thoroughly inspected the unit, and, explain in great detail his suggestions for any recommendations. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my home. I highly recommend Chris to anyone needing reliable and honest air-conditioning service.

Very satisfied from start to finish I was informed when they wound arrive. Jesus gave me fast courteous friendly knowledgeable service. He connected my gas range to the natural gas feed in my kitchen.

Overall really good. Disappointed in communication. Told me my installation would be on a Friday but never gave me a time range. Called that morning to ask when they were coming out. They said between 10 and 2 and they would call me when they were headed to my house. 5 minutes later, they show up. No phone call.

Great customer service, was able to get installation done next day. The only thing I can say I was unhappy with was the way the safety drip lines were run. The old water heater drip line was run to the outside wall. The new lines were run in the garage. If I had known this upfront, I would have asked for the lines to go through outside wall.

The 2 techs did a great job installing our tankless water heater. Their work was very professional and they were helpful in answering our questions. The job won't be complete until a electrical outlet is installed but an appointment is scheduled for that. If that occurs on schedule and it works well I would give 5 stars.

Our technician came and was friendly. He explained that they could not do an AC check because it was winter (71 degrees F), but he could check the furnace. He turned the heater on (first time this season), and we went up to the attic. He took the cover off, told me the inducer motor had failed, and that he couldn't recommend parts, since his company only did full replacements. He apologized, took a picture of my furnace labels, and said I would get a quote, turned off my furnace, and left. Total visit about 8 minutes. I checked ChatGPT, which recommended vacuuming the internals and then running the system for more time on the first startup. Happily the system engaged in a few minutes and seems to be running fine. Later that evening I received quotes for $19k 100K BTU furnace and 4 Ton AC; a 100k BTU furnace only for $10k, and 4-star 100k BTU furnace for $9.5k. (This was a $8.88 offer from Lowes for a HVAC check.)

The Estimater arrived promptly and promised to return around 9am the next day, with necessary parts. (Time at house=20 minutes)
However, at 11:30 the next day he had not arrived so I called the main office number to get an updated ETA. "Someone will get back to you in about 10 minutes" was all I got. There was no callback. Over the next 4 hours I called again and again, 5 times, moving up the supervisor/ branch office chains.
I finally found someone who took action and found their personnel problem. A new tech was assigned. He arrived an hour later and finished the job in about 45 minutes, installing parts priced under $30 at Lowes.
ARS charged $400 for one hours labor -- no discount for my aggravation or time away from my own business.
