The technician showed up to clean a drain that goes from my backyard to the street it's about 50 ft. It drains okay but I think there may be a little bit of mud residue in it. The technician walked out of his truck and he was eager to give me the actual price that he was going to cost me. He said they agreed upon price of $83 is not even going to scratch the surface. So I thanked him and send him on his way. I'm riding this approximately 15 to 20 minutes after he left. I already used my water hose and shoved it in the 4-in pipe and the drain is clear as a bell.

Where do I start? I called on a Thursday to set an appointment. They scheduled me for 12-4 same day. Awesome! 2 pm rolls around and I get a call that they need to reschedule until Friday at 10am-4pm, Okay Cool, things happen no big deal. Friday rolls around, I hear nothing and waited until close( still trying to be understanding thinking maybe issues arose and I try not to hassle). Monday I call again, was informed they had no idea why my tech never showed up. There were no notes nothing zero zilch. Okay? Well they can get someone out Tuesday, sure no problem 10-2.. 2:30 rolls around and I call again. Still trying to be nice, I was informed a tech had been assigned but the tech hit a snafu at his current job but should be done in 20 min then headed to me. Great! 4:30 chimes and I call yet again, this time more annoyed but still trying to be nice. I was once again told a tech had been assigned and I was on the docket.I was also told dispatch would call with an ETA. At 5:45 I call again. Was told that they had transferred my call to a field lead, and they will call him to figure out what is happening. I was then rudely told that he had tried to call but nobody answered and that all of their phone calls were recorded when I stated I never received a call. Well good, but my phone neither my business nor personal line rang. I was then told that someone would be on site at 8 am Wednesday morning. Something just didn’t sit right with me so I called and Cancelled my appointment around 6 am. Maybe an hour /hour and a half later I get a call, to tell me he was on his way. I said well that’s great because I cancelled the appointment at the crack of dawn and had hired someone else. I am not sure what kind of three ring circus ARS has become but it’s obvious nobody with in that company communicates with anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.

This company are nothing but crooks. I will NEVER do business with them again. They installed my entire furnace system less than 5 years ago. Had them come out because it stoped heating the home. Apparently the blower motor went out and needs replacing.
It has a 10 year warranty so the blower motor is still under warranty but they quoted me $3176 for labor cost to replace the blower motor. Stay away from this company. -
I used these guys once like 3 years ago to change a valve, ok work nothing special honestly, they did what I paid for. But since then, they have cold called me like once a week, asking if I need anything done. I thought I was a foreign spam call, but nope its a local Houston Number. I might have used them again, but because whoever runs the marketing at this company pushed to have endless cold call sent out, I will now, just because I've been annoyed, never use them again. Even if they have the best service and prices, I won't use them because they cant learn to take a hint and quit calling and bothering normal people and trying to shoves sales down our throat like everything else in this world. That's not how you get customers.

I did not have a problem with the plumber Angel. He was cordial and professional. What I do have a problem with was work stated at 11 and left at 12:44 & was charged $1,100 which seems high. This includes a $189 diagnostic fee, when we told them what the problem was, plus no breakdown on the costs such as parts, labor, etc.

False advertising for $79 “clean out drain”special. Did not specify it only applies to main line, which is not the line for which we needed serviced. Technician stated that specific drain line would cost upwards of $500 to repair, without even putting eyes on it. Very disappointed from start to finish and now understand why the majority were telling us DO NOT USE YOUR COMPANY!! That is the only area in which you lived up to your reputation.

The service man could not get to the area of the unit for check out. The service man stated he had to forget the check out due to plywood not being the correct size, and thickness. The unit support has been installed for 15 years by a HVAC service company. He would not even look at the outside unit at all. Maybe I just needed a bit of freon, I don't know. Waste of time for me and y'all.

I had a water heater go out this weekend. I called for a quote and was sent out a tech. This is where things went downhill. The tech arrived didn’t use no tools or even inspect the heater just jumped to replacing the heater completely. He quoted me $3200. I asked him to show me the parts pricing and it was $600 for new heater plus a couple of hoses and about a foot of 3/4” pvc. When I asked him why the labor cost was going to be more than 2k for 4-5hrs of work he had no answers. I ended up buying the water heater at ace hardware for $399 salvaged the pieces that where already there except a female fitting for the new presssure relieve valve. All in all cost me roughly $475 to do the job. This place is extremely overpriced I would not recommend. Their pricing is terrible. Clearly taking advantage of individuals in need. I wish I could give you zero star review.
