I would gladly give a TEN Star rating to Aqueduct Plumbing if I could. They communicate very well and their crew always arrives as scheduled. They took extra steps to protect my floors and everything while they worked to replumb my entire house (Also see my review of REPIPE SPECIALISTS!). They are pleasant to work with, focused on their job, and do fantastic work. They completed my replumb in ONE DAY and left not even a scrap of paper behind. I very highly recommend them. If you have bad plumbing like I USED TO have...do yourself a favor and call Aqueduct Plumbing.

My sprinkler system was turned off and several lines cut by Repipe in November 2024. Your guys turned the system back on and repaired the cut pipe lines. Very good job at no charge

We used Aqueduct for one of our broken kitchen drain pipe underneath the slab in parents old house, they came out and give us estimate and we end up using them for the repair. They re-routed the plumbing pipes to exterior to the backyard main drain line. The work was completed however there were few mis-communication between the office and crew workers. The permit inspectors had to make multiple attempts to get the inspection complete. Overall we have a good experience but wish we are given more information so we can plan properly.

We have used them several times. They repiped our house. They have great service and have affordable prices. The owners are very nice and will email you back! If they can't help you with part of your project, they always know someone who can! Very trustworthy!

Aqueduct Plumbing was really good. We have a house built in 1970, we had them replace all of our fresh water pipes. The crew they sent was amazing, very professional and friendly. They explained everything and replaced all piping without incident. The Sheetrock crew came next and patched all the holes they had to make. Both crews did a great job! I highly recommend them to anyone needing new pipes. Thank you so much, we now have amazing water pressure and we don’t have to worry about leaving town and having a pipe bust. Lisa

Great service, reasonable prices and very friendly and professional staff. We were told by our home warranty people that our cracked toilet was not covered and their plumber would charge us more for a cheaper model than Aqueduct would charge us for a much higher quality version. They also came out the next day to replace it when the proginal plumber 'was very busy' and wouldn't be available for 4 days.

We bought a toilet from them. Called them back to let them know the toilet was not flushing correctly. We had to hold the handle down in order for it to flush. And then we had to actually use a toilet brush to push the debris down the toilet. It wouldn't even flush the toilet paper. They told us that is how that toilet is supposed to be. I have never in my life had a toilet where you had to hold the handle down in order to flush it. I am very unhappy with them.

They worked over and beyond their call of duty: they came on time, they expertly installed the pipes and restored plumbing, better than before! Awesome hardworking Crew!

Quality work at a reasonable price. After replacing 3 bathroom sink faucets in our home, I noticed several of the 5 existing water shut off valves were leaking. Rather than replace the valves myself, I called the pros at Aqueduct to do the job right & avoid potentially catastrophic damage to my home. The job was done correctly and efficiently with quality parts. I'll always return to Aqueduct for our plumbing needs.

Working with Aquaduct was better than I had thought it was going to be. They did everything like they promised. Working with Jessica was a pleasure. I would highly recommend them for a house reposing project. On time, very professional, kept things clean, answered all my questions and we just a pleasure to work with. I've used Aqueduct several times ranging from commercial water heater installations to repairing water mains. They provide prompt and excellent service. The crew manager Wilmur is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have reasonable pricing.

The entire crew did a great job. My interactions with David and RJ were very positive. I would recommend these guys for any project.

They fell through my bathroom ceiling, stuck a boot threw my kitchen ceiling, broke my vent hood in my bathroom, cut into my bathroom cabinets without letting us know and we had to send pictures and fuss to get them back out for repairs. Then they sent someone to confirm what we sent them before they would make the repairs. I had to miss work more than once so they could fix their mistakes. We spent over $12,000 for the work we had done and had a bunch of headache afterwards.

Justin came on time. He came to flush the water heater and did a great job. Plan to do it again next year. Aqueduct installed our water heater a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Our water heater is in our attic with not much room to move around.

Nathan and Javier, were very professional and timely in completing my repiping project. Any problem they encountered they proactively worked out. They kept me well informed throughout the 2 day process, which I greatly appreciated!

I have used Aqueduct Plumbing for at least 20 years and they have completed over 25 projects for me, all exceptional, I recommend them to all my friends, they are a noteworthy company. I am currently scheduling two more projects with them. They do great work for a reasonable price!
