What a great crew I had for two days, led by Jacob and his second in command Chris! They went above and beyond to complete the job- working well past sunset to make sure everything was completed (the driveway cut and repaired as well) and the house ready for dry wall. Really, really pleased! Thank you!!!

BTW…the sheet rock repair crew that came later was phenomenal! No other company included sheet rock repair and I just cannot say how stellar their work was as well. Thanks to: Julian, Mario, Pedro and Jimmy!

Man, it sure is nice when things just work the way they should! I needed a replacement faucet installed, along with a leak fixed. I called, made an appointment, the team came out, and the problem was solved - in under half an hour! I can’t brag enough about Jimmy & Santos - - they were efficient, pleasant, and completely professional. Thanks, Aqueduct! I’m your customer from here on out.

My home had to be completely Repiped due to galvanized pipe failure. Additionally, my water heater was replaced. There were numerous dry wall areas repaired along with the installation of new Pex A piping in my two story home. Every individual drywaller and repiper that worked in my home was professional and courteous. Their skill level was phenomenal and each of them seemed solely focused on getting the job completed to the highest standards. Each of them seemed an artisan in their own right while working flawlessly as a team. These folks worked hard and completed a fairly complex job in a couple of days. When any kind of glitch occurred, the on site folks as well as the administrative office folks coordinated seamlessly with me for prompt problem resolution. I tip my hat to Aqueduct for a job well done. I would use them again and most definitely give my highest recommendation.

This was my second tankless hot water heater installed by Aquaduct. Price was very competitive and workers were very good. They showed me pictures of the work and answered any questions. They also cleaned up very good after done. My unit at the old house was 6 years old and have had no issues and glad to have a new one at my new home. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Installers did a great job on the installation. Did a good job of keeping the pieces they removed so it can be reinstalled by you or your drywall guy. Was doing a whole house remodel, so a few more pieces to repair wasn't a big deal.

Would definitely recommend them for your repipe job. Know what you want done and make sure it's on the contract and life will be good for you.

This company has many broken links in the chain of command. The permit was put in the wrong name and Jessica argued with me that it was my responsibility to change it. This is a falsehood this took my time and I had to call the company repeatedly. The crew came at inconsistent times and every excuse was made. My backyard was used as dumpster and they used my electric and did not unplug the items. The left tools all in the yard and did not pick them up
I requested to speak to the supervisor and he told them in the third day about that issue. They broke a pipe and did not inform me that they had to and I was told they had to do so to locate the line. There is no communication and it’s horrible due to the language barrier. They did replace the flanges on the toilet but used spray foam I reported this to Jessica and she made another excuse stating it’s just temporary. This is not a correct way to do this and any plumber would know this is a sanitation issue. I am shocked ant all the issues and the job is still not complete.

Very good experience. They assessed the job and got to work fast. Started as a 2 day start to finish but realistically it was 4 days. I have new pipes and it feels just fresh. Piece of mind as this old house had past problems with leaks.

I have a two story home with 4 bathrooms. The reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because at the end of the project I still have to find and hire a painter to paint over the patches. And the house has lot of drywall dust. So I have to hire a detailed cleaning crew. For the Amount of money that you are spending you only wish you don’t have to think about those extra details. They could take care of it from beginning to end. I also requested a water test but I have not heard from them yet.

However, I do appreciate their hard work, communication, and professional services. The crew was on time. They discussed their objective and completed the job as promised. I would recommend them. Just keep in mind the extra last steps that you need to take to have the whole finished: painter and cleaning crew. Thank you!

The gentlemen doing the re-pipe were great. They were kind, courteous, thoughtful and caring. When cutting out sheetrock they were very careful and wanted to save the border in the utility room, which they did. All clean-up by re-pipe team was great. The sheetrock repair was ok, but EXTREMELY messy and extending texture way beyond repair spots. I've spent 3 days cleaning up the sheetrock mess scraping texture from floors and off baseboards and doors. They even got texture on a towel, countertops, cabinets and on light fixtures, and antique furniture. The border in utility room was smeared VERY unnecessarily. The texture over the wallpaper in the hall to the hall shower/bathroom is not only excessive it is measurable in thickness. Splatter on doors both interior and exterior (why the outside of the backdoor and porch and door upstairs (apartment) when there was not sheetrock to be repaired by these doors). Carpet in living room & closet in the apartment.

Christian Roland came to my house to do a water heater flush. He was very pleasant and very polite. He did a great job efficiently.

I came into Houston from out of town to visit my family and hadn't been in my other house for about 6 months. I let my dog into the backyard after a long drive and as soon as I turned the hose on to give him some water the handle snapped and I couldn't turn it back off. Texas James plumbing was there within an hour and got me fixed up. Shawn had everything he needed on his truck and was in and out in a jiffy. Great company great people.

Very nice kid that went above and beyond to figure out why my Hot Water Heater pilot wouldn’t stay lit. He found the problem and I still had a warranty on my parts, so I ordered them. He also did some other things that were not done properly when my stepson and husband’s cousin installed it. He made it safe and didn’t charge me. I would definitely recommend this Plumbing company.

Thank goodness I recently met the owner as we have an Rv park in Dickinson and started to experience some issue with the bathroom facilities. They were prompt efficient and very professional not to mention affordable I highly recommend this plumbing company and we use them again.

Throughout the process, he was courteous and took the time to clearly explain the work he was doing. The job wasn’t easy—carrying the boiler up to our second-floor attic was no small task—but his team handled it efficiently and professionally. Martin and his crew were quick to tackle our clogged sewage line despite horrible weather conditions all week. What started out as only a clean out ended up being a complete replacement of our sewage line. His guys got it done in only a few days.

Called after a toilet overflow flooded our bathroom. Nash came out and replaced all the inner workings of that toilet quickly and with quality parts. He was very respectful to me and my home. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. I asked him to replace the other 2 toilets in the house as well since we had noticed some minor issues with them. He did a fantastic job and haven’t had any issues since. We will definitely be using them again and would recommend.

Texas James Plumbing is hands down the only plumbing company we'll ever call again. We had a small leak under our sink and they came out immediately and fixed our issues no hassle at a fair price.
