Found this amazing appliance repair shop on Google and they had great reviews so I called them to repair our dishwasher. Travis came out promptly, assessed the situation, ordered the needed part, and finished up the repairs today. They are reasonably priced and courteous. I love the fact that they text me when they are on their way with a tracker that allows me to have an estimate on their arrival time. I highly recommend them.

cant say enough good things about this company. i have only used them once but dealt with them several times. From the first time i called til the last i spoke with Julie and she was really nice and worked at getting a good time for my crazy schedule to match up with a service persons time slot. She told me who it would be and that he would call in advance to inform me of his arrival. Thats just what he did. He called about an hour before which is great because ive got two big dogs that i need to "get ready" for when a stranger comes over. I also love that you can track the driver on your phone which is also perfect for me and there is a picture of that person! i love that! You know exactly who is coming over. When Travis arrived he was not only on time but nice and very professional and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He looked at both appliances and let me know that a part would have to be ordered for one and what the time frame would be and he was right, It took the time he said. When i spoke with Julie she again was patient with me as i tried to find a time that would work for both of us. I will most certainly call in the future for other problems that may arise and will recommend them. This has been a very refreshing experience. Thank you gulf coast .

Thank you to Gulf Coast Service Center for replacing my ice maker. I was able to schedule a convenient time for me and Travis brought the parts with him so I didn't have another appointment to schedule. The work was done quickly and correctly. I had ice in a few hours. Thank you Travis! I recommend this company when you have appliance problems.

Travis was exceptional… I’ve had many repair men at my house and I can say wirh confidence, that he is careful, thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough. This young man goes above and beyond to fix things correctly and telling you what you need to do to keep an I alert from freezing up again!!! And that was a first for me! I will always call on this business in the future because Travis was a great appliance guy! Thank you Travis!

Joe came to repair our Samsung Refrigerator.
He is very, very nice, professional and skillful.
Joe identified the problem almost right away and started repairing it.
He made sure the working area is clean before he left.
I also want to thank Julie in the office for scheduling the appointment. Last week was a busy week for Gulf Coast Services but she tried to get me in with in the time frame. It is really worth it to wait for the excellent service company like the Gulf Coast Services.

A simple phone call and the technician was at my house in a few days. He was very polite, very knowledgeable and the repair was finished a timely manner. The prices are fair and I highly recommend this company.

They arrived when they said they would..no excuses or delays like some companies. Travis, our technician, was polite, well groomed and professional. He was able to diagnose the dryer issue which was actually the result of a mistake made by a former repairman from a 'well known' repair company. Travis did a great job fixing the other repairman's mistake. I have no hesitation recommending Gulf Coast to fix your appliances and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Travis from Texas Gulf Coast Service Center arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator, order the parts, and have it up and running the same week. This was much appreciated since I’m a teacher and would be returning to work the next week. I would highly recommend them and will make sure to use them again with any other appliance issues.

We had a technician come out promptly and diagnose the issue with our appliance. Subsequently, they had issues locating the right part. I provided the office manager and technician all of the necessary information to get the part ordered. Another couple of weeks go by and out of nowhere, I received an invoice for the initial service charge saying they couldn’t locate the part. I provided the information again to the technician. The part was still never ordered. I called the parts supplier yesterday and it was a 2 minute phone call to get the part number and order online.

My usual appliance repair folks moved my appointment out a week, for a total wait of 2 weeks. I called Gulf Coast because my neighbor recommended them. They had an appointment within 2 days, Travis actually called before the appt. time and asked for the model number so he could bring the part with him (I was very surprised about this level of service). Unfortunately the LG part did not exactly fit my LG ice maker, but he made it work, and checked on the status later. I will definitely use Gulf Coast for appliance repairs in the future.

We previously had used a home warranty service for our appliances and had 4 companies contracted to come try to fix our fridge. The 5th company was Gulf Coast Appliance and not only did they do an excellent job of FINALLY fixing the fridge but they were timely, professional, clean and kind.
We liked the technicians they sent so much that we went direct to Gulf Coast for when we needed our oven repaired.
They have quick scheduling, they notify you when they are on the way and they are on time. Our favorite technician is Travis who is knowledgeable, professional, does great work. It is rare to find such integrity in a contractor so we are keeping them on speed dial for all our appliance needs.

I won’t be using this place again. I had a problem with my 2 year old whirlpool refrigerator/freezer cooling and they came out and replaced the defrost terminator, basically a thermostat switch. The repairman had to take out the bottom freezer drawer to do that since it’s in the back and he was pretty rough getting the drawer out. The charge to replace that switch was $400. Then, a couple months later the freezer drawer would hardly come out. I suspect the repairman damaged it while yanking out the drawer but he said it was the rails that were bad and that they he has seen this in many bottom freezer units. I’m not sure that’s accurate. My wife and I both think he damaged it getting it out. Anyway, he wanted to charge us an additional $400 to replace the rails. We asked what the alternative was since we had already paid them over $400 to change a switch and he said we could try some silicone spray. Then he wrote us a bill for his visit and charged us another $95 to do nothing. Ridiculous and we will never use this place again. Now, my bottom drawer won’t come out much, I’ve spent about $500 on a 2 year old refrigeration. By the way, they recommended this refrigerator when we bought it 2 years ago.

I met Travis Webster through a neighbor who was a customer and I reached out to him about repair to a microwave and refrigerator ice maker. Travis was very responsive and the entire process was handled extremely well. The company communicates well, and their frequent updates and tracking tools let me know exactly when to expect Travis' arrival. The work was well done, neat, clean and a good value.

I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option. My experience with Gulf Coast Service Center was EXCELLENT from beginning to end! Booking the service appointment was easy, Julia was great, courteous and extremely helpful. I can't say enough the tech, Travis was amazing, he took his time and ensured that my appliances were fixed right the first time, he really goes the extra mile for his customers and that's not something you see these days, most companies are worried more about making a quick buck than building a long time relationship with their clients. This is the only company and tech that I will use from now on and will tell everyone that I know to call GCSC (Julia and Travis) if they ever need any work done on their appliances. So happy that I found Gulf Coast. Travis is an excellent technician. He knows how to diagnose an appliance problem and what needs to be done to fix it. He is honest and knowledgeable. He won't recommend an expensive repair if the best solution is to get a new appliance. Julie is great on the phone with information and scheduling. She will follow-up with an appointment confirmation text. The day of the appointment, you receive a text when the technician is on the way. If you have any appliances that need service, give them a call. You'll be happy you did.

Alan did a great job! I was impressed that, as the owner of Texas Gulf Coast, he still works in the field. The company is run efficiently and the people are friendly and honest, so I trust them to take care of whatever needs to be done. I never have to wait long to get an appointment and they run on time. They don't try to sell you something you really don't need just to increase the sale. In today's world, that's rare. I've used them several times over the years and I have no complaints with their service. I highly recommend Texas Gulf Coast Service Center.

My Samsung dryer stopped working. I had an excellent experience with Gulf Coast who came recommended by a close friend. The person who set my appointment was able to coordinate the schedule to get me an appointment after work. She was friendly and helpful when I was running late. She communicated with her technician to make sure I didn’t miss him. When Travis arrived, he worked quickly and gave great advice to avoid future repairs. The price was fair and service was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Wow! This guy really knows his stuff! He walked in, figured it out, started repairs immediately and was able to save us several thousand dollars. He really does know what he’s doing and we appreciated his excellence. Highly recommended!

Called them on Tuesday morning, Alan came out the same day. Removed the Fan Motor, replaced it with one of ours, order the parts, came Thursday morning & we are up & running!!

My Bosch dishwasher broke right before company was coming. I called Gulf Coast Services this morning, and by 1:30 my dishwasher was fixed . Alan was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. All very appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future.
