We decided to call Texas Gulf Coast Service Center because of the online reviews. We went online to schedule possible days and times and someone contacted us and set up the repairs for the same day. Alan came to do the repairs. What a great experience! Thank you!

The team was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Travis was particularly helpful on the phone, providing truthful information. Tony, who arrived on-site, was also great and explained everything clearly.

Let me begin with my refrigerator issue was a mystery! The first company that came out could not fix my refrigerator. They came out 3 times and it was still not fixed. AHS finally got it reassigned to Gulf Coast and they fixed the mistakes the other company did to my refrigerator when they were “fixing” it… but they also actually fixed it! Correctly! They never gave up. It took some investigative work to figure out what all the other company did but they did it.

I really appreciate their tenacity. I highly recommend them. Everyone was friendly and personable. So happy we have fully functioning refrigerator again!

Texas Gulf Coast Appliance was efficient , courteous and professional. It was wonderful to deal with a knowledgeable technician that knew how to troubleshoot and fix the problem! I recommend them highly to take care of any appliance repair and not waste your time with multiple unnecessary appointments. They were able to repair my ice maker/dispenser where others had failed.

Texas Gulf Coast Service Center is great! We had called 3 other service providers who had good recommendations and all 3 no called, no showed their appointments. A neighbor was kind enough to personally recommend Gulf Coast SC and that was lucky for us! First the dispatcher kept us informed at every step, and GC scheduled our repair quickly, and we were kept informed every step of the way! Amazing scheduler/dispatcher! They kept their appointment, arrived early, and Allan the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour! Allan was professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Our refrigerator is working properly for the first time since its installation! I recommend this company Without reservation! GE Profile refrigerator now working like a champ!

A&E really knocked it out of the park, the neighbors dog kept getting into our yard so i replaced a few posts and decided to just redo the whole thing, about two hours into it i decided to call A&E, they came out same day monday, gave an estimate and were done by the end of the week ane it looks awesome
