As a small business owner, and no other options than to replace the HVAC system that belongs to my Landlord because he let me down and said that I had to pay for it or “Lawyer Up”, Nick (Texas Air Pro), took me out of my financial and over heating (no AC) misery. Nick promised me that he would get me going and running. After 92 degrees in the shop and a few hours of crane lifting, rain pouring, and customer coming in and supporting our cause, we finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel when a cool fresh air started coming out of our air ducts. Thank You Nick and Texas Air Pro team. Like true entrepreneurs and a Texas family owned business, you all hang in there and made it happen like the good old Texan values. Bless you all.

Gad is the man. He came out to my house short notice on a Sunday morning and found a leak in the AC unit. He patched it up no problem and ran a bunch of tests to make sure his work was done right. I watched over his shoulder and he explained everything that he was doing, so I can have a better understanding of the system myself. He even cleaned the coils on the unit before he left. He’s a hard working guy that puts his name behind his work. 100% recommend.

Eric and Issac were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us replace our Heating/ac system, from the moment of purchase through completion of installation and follow-ups with our satisfaction on the operation of the units both in the summer as well as the winter. During installation they were always one step ahead of us in filling out rebates and registering our units. They as well as the office, were very prompt with returning our calls and answering any questions we had with the operation of the units. Would not hesitate in recommending them for any future purchases or maintenance due to their honesty and expertise in heating and air. Absolutely best service I have ever used for a/c repairs! My a/c wasn’t cooling. I sent a text to their main number at 10pm. By 8am I received a text back informing me that a technician would be on site between 9am-12pm. Erick showed up, assessed the situation, made the repair, and was on his way in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, informative, and so sweet! The price was reasonable and my a/c was pumping cool air immediately. first off, donovan is a great technician – this guy really knows how to fix ac units! my home has a big family and with the texas heat, we really needed our air conditioning working. donovan and his helper showed up fast, found the problem with our ac in about 30 minutes, and had it running better than ever in just a couple hours. some people might think that’s a long time, but donovan takes his time to check everything and make sure there aren't any other issues. i really appreciate how thorough they were. before this, i had three other companies come by and all they did was try to get me to buy a whole new ac system for thousands of dollars. donovan was honest and fixed what needed fixing, saving me a lot of money. he even called a few times after the repair to make sure our air conditioner was still running smoothly and to see if we needed anything else. you don’t find that level of service every day! i’m really happy with how everything turned out and will be calling them for all my future ac repair needs. if i could give more than five stars, i definitely would.
