Even though our old AC had lasted a long time, getting it replaced was a surprisingly easy and positive experience.

first off, donovan is a great technician – this guy really knows how to fix ac units! my home has a big family and with the texas heat, we really needed our air conditioning working. donovan and his helper showed up fast, found the problem with our ac in about 30 minutes, and had it running better than ever in just a couple hours. some people might think that’s a long time, but donovan takes his time to check everything and make sure there aren't any other issues. i really appreciate how thorough they were. before this, i had three other companies come by and all they did was try to get me to buy a whole new ac system for thousands of dollars. donovan was honest and fixed what needed fixing, saving me a lot of money. he even called a few times after the repair to make sure our air conditioner was still running smoothly and to see if we needed anything else. you don’t find that level of service every day! i’m really happy with how everything turned out and will be calling them for all my future ac repair needs. if i could give more than five stars, i definitely would.
