Best service! They have a customer for life! Anthony and Alex showed up, on time, both very polite and professional. Our fan constantly running turned out to be a setting issue with our new thermostat. Anthony walked me through the settings. I felt super dumb but, he was very patient and reassured me this happens all the time.
Before the team left, they checked the inside and outside units. The outside was super filthy to the point it would impact the efficiency, so they cleaned it. With Texas experiencing 100 degree weather, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, the professionalism and that they took the time to check and make sure our AC would be dependable through this heat.

Williamson kept me informed of time of arrival which allowed me to get my errands run without worrying about missing our service. And Anthony took great care of us! Super nice, knowledgeable gentleman.

Had a great experience with these guys today! Alex and Anthony were swamped and had been working ALL day in 20 degree weather. It was late, and yet they were as pleasant and professional as could be. They got to the bottom of the issue quickly, and even offered to install our new filters while they were on the roof, saving us a future trip up a ladder. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My dog made it a habit of marking his territory on our outside unit which corroded a hole in the coil. They gave us options but we thought it best to replace the whole unit. They got it done quickly and well. But a day or so later, a wire broke. They were quick to respond, quick to take responsibility, get it fixed, and to apologize for the inconvenience. I'm giving the 5 stars primarily because of how they handled the mistake. I know they will stand behind their work. I know Anthony will take personal responsibility. For this, Williamson's will get all my HVAC business.
