SR1 Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on our house and pergola. They even put a new roof on our wishing well to match the house. They are very professional and completed the job in one day.

5/4/21, I texted SR1 I had a roof leak. Insurance said it was a skylight leak from the roof not being properly installed around the skylight. Roof under warranty. 5/11,Trevor caulked dome of the skylight, not flashing. Leak continued. For the next 18 weeks, SR1 and I went back and forth on who was responsible. 7/27 Carlos, the man who installed the roof for SR1, caulked where the agent said to caulk. Leak stopped. Carlos said it was a temp fix and it would be about $1000 to fix properly. I had a skylight expert come out on 8/8 and made a video of him explaining the problem, sent to SR1. Nothing else done to roof. From 8/20/21 to 9/10/21 SR1 sent 3 different people to fix the water damage to kitchen ceiling (11 hours of unprofessional work) - it looks terrible. If SR1 had done what agent said needed to be done in the first place, kitchen ceiling wouldn't have needed to be fixed. As it is, this has been going on for over 18 weeks. I have texts between Tammie and myself and Trevor and myself, videos and pictures and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

They came out said they can fix a leak. Charged 1800$ and the next week it leaked in the same exact spots and the owner told me they will not come fix it and wanted to charge more and not warranty it. And the owner told me to go away and use some one else. I ended up having to have classic roofing come out and fix it with no problem and they warranty Their work. If you want good work with warrant go to classic roofing

They came in and bid and offered similar to others. The product they used was on par with others but I was able to get to color I wanted. I think my sales guy was new because he said they never take more than 1 day but ours took 2 days and I saw others taking 2 days as well. Made me wonder if he knew what he was doing or selling but overall they finished. They left kind of a mess but I guess to be expected. They said our insurance didn't cover a dryer vent that wasn't up to code which I found odd of all things to skimp on, a fire hazard was what they chose so that was disappointing. Anyways, there are many roofers to choose from and they were average.

SR1 goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. Unlike the fly by night roofing companies out there that put all their effort in to maximizing their profits, SR1 puts that effort into their customers and making sure they get the highest quality materials at the best price and installed right the first time. They were relentless in battling for adequate coverage from the cheap insurance company who wanted to only halfway repair our roof which would have left us still at risk of continued leakage and substantially out of pocket. Can't thank the team at SR1 enough!

From the moment I contacted the company they were professional and extremely efficient and left no questions unanswered. Jerry came out to our house after the hail storm damaged a part of our roof and left it somewhat exposed to rain. Luckily he was able to work fast to prevent anymore damage. I never felt pushed and felt comfortable when they gave me my quote to fix the damages. I highly recommend this roofing company.

SR1 is a first class roofing company. I worked with Chris Sarchet. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable about everything. He made what can be a very confusing process seem very simple. With hundreds of roofing companies out there vying for your business I would recommend SR1 to anyone for their roofing needs.

SR1 Roofing has been outstanding and gone above and beyond to help me through replacing my roof and explaining every process along the way and making it as black and white (first time roof replacer) as possible. I have to give a shoutout to Kevin Gage as he's been here 100% of the time and kept in constant communication with me (in the good way, not the annoying way). Had my roof replaced due to hail damage and couldn't be happier with SR1 Roofing and project manager John Martinez. He handled everything from the initial roof inspection to project completion. John also expedited the gutter and facia replacement as well as the painting and staining. Roof took one day and entire project was completed in about 3 days. Highly reccomend SR1, great people and excellent work.
