Called to make appointment, discussed the issue and agreed on price. Even sent him a picture as requested. No call. No show despite waiting all day. He had no excuse. Simply refused to show or even reschedule. I was hoping for better due to the company's good reviews. Very dissappinted. Not a professional in my book. Arrogant and rude. Don't use this guy.
