Called to make appointment, discussed the issue and agreed on price. Even sent him a picture as requested. No call. No show despite waiting all day. He had no excuse. Simply refused to show or even reschedule. I was hoping for better due to the company's good reviews. Very dissappinted. Not a professional in my book. Arrogant and rude. Don't use this guy.

I contacted Janine (spelling?) for an annual service appointment and found scheduling to be very accommodating, as well as friendly, better than average estimated costs, and overall a truly exceptional interaction prior to our appointment. Danielle was our service representative who showed up on time, was clean and tidy in her work, efficient, and gave us a good timeline for future needs so we could plan accordingly for the expenses. I was communicating with them via text for an estimate to connect a generac to the gas line. I waited for two days for their call, but they never called. I received a text where i was asked when would be a good time for someone to come by. I told them after 12pm. I was told again that someone would reach out to me, but no one called or texted. I called them and I was told "Yes, we are aware that you are waiting for a callback. Someone will reach out to you soon". I never heard from them again.
