We had a emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday evening. Kind plumbing was out to help within the hour. Our problem was sorted within thirty minutes even though it required digging out a waste pipe connection in the dark. Thanks for the professionalism and help!! Highly recommended

I got charged $100 for absolutely nothing. Kid showed up and couldn't tell me where my leak was coming from. Showed up empty handed. Not even a flash light to look under the opening of the bathtub. He just talked and talked and really didn't do anything other than talk and leave my realtor and I with unanswered questions. Hired another plumber and problem got fixed immediately. A waste of my time and my money. Won't be reccomending.

Sunday afternoon and we are putting fence up in wimberley. I thought I had all the water lines clearly marked but I didn’t. Justin and his team were at my house within 30 minutes and got the job done in less than an hour.

I couldn’t have gotten my things together,bought the materials and done the job near as cheap or as fast. These guys are my plumbers as long as we live in wimberley.

I am not the type of person that writes reviews of service, but I am making an exception here. I can’t speak highly enough about the job this guy (Justin, I believe) performed for us. He did what we asked him to do, but he also came up with some excellent ideas that made the final result much better than we were anticipating. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I recommend Kind Plumbing to all. He installed a de-scaler unit for us (not one of the services listed).

Justin has been out a few different times for a few different jobs that were more than we can handle. He’s been able to get to us quickly and always works efficiently. We love having him as a resource we can use and absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Justin did a great job on the two bathrooms we completely renovated. The final result looked great. He's reliable - shows up on time, stays in touch, gives good advice. We would not hesitate to have him back for future projects.

We had a pipe burst outside our home in Wimberley while we had guests staying there for a few nights. It resulted in a loss of pressure and no water in the house. With paying guests staying there we needed help quick!

Kind Plumbing was referred to us so we gave them a call and Justin responded right away. He was able to get out to the house pretty quickly and had a pretty bad situation resolved in a few hours. And because we weren't local at the time, he kept us abreast of his progress and send photos of both the damage and the repair. Soon enough we had water turned back on in the house and happy guests.

Justin at Kind Plumbing is excellent at what he does. He has fixed leaks for us in emergency situations, replaced faucets and valves, worked quickly and successfully on our commercial property, and always responded quickly to answer questions I may have. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and fair.

Kind plumbing to our rescue again! We lost all water pressure Friday night. Got a prompt reply from Justin that same night and he was able to come out Saturday morning. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix the issue but called his contacts at a water well company to resolve.

Kind plumbing will be our first choice for plumbing emergencies! We had an electrical contractor break our main water line yesterday during excavation work and then just turn off the main water valve and leave for the day. We came home from work to no water and no explanation. I called Justin with Kind Plumbing at 6:45 AM today and he not only answered the phone but he made our job a priority since it was a total water outage and he and his crew was at our house well before 8 with the repair complete by 8:30 AM. I can not ask for better customer service or response time than that! Justin is highly personable and had some good recommendations for us moving forward as well.

Justin at Kind Plumbing came out on such short notice on a weekend to fix an emergency situation! We had a guest run over a pipe that was connected to a Well and was leaking water. He worked quickly and successfully on the issue and cause of his urgency we were able to have running clean water for our next guest that was there in a couple of hours!

Justin is great to work with! He responds to texts and calls immediately. He's fixed our plumbing problems with ease. He has done trouble shooting for us and come up with ideas that have WORKED when other plumbers could only scratch their heads.
