I highly recommend Kind Plumbing (Justin) for your plumbing needs! We had some plumbing work that we needed done and Justin was quick to respond to our initial ask, and quick to come out to do the work. Throughout the entire process Justin was informative of the work being done, and even went above and beyond to help us get a few other misc shower items done. If you're looking for a professional, communicative and trust worthy company then I highly recommend you start with Justin.

Kind Plumbing is my absolute go-to for any of my plumbing needs. Justin is always on time and always explains everything thoroughly before starting any work. I've had some very unusual problems for him to solve, and he has always let me know the best, most affordable solution for them. And everything he's done has been fixed right the first time. Also, the name "Kind" really fits. My blue heeler does not like strangers or repair people coming over one bit. But man, she loves Justin.

Highly recommend! We had a leak in our attic late in the evening. Water was coming out of a can light. We called 3 plumbers. Justin was the only one to immediately respond and he showed up WITHIN AN HOUR on a weekday at 7-something at night.

He quickly fixed the loose fitting that was causing the attic leak. As a homeowner you can imagine the panic we had for our brand-new home. Especially having 2 toddlers. I was freaking out about potential damage and not having water for my family.

We’re happy with his work and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our shower stemming from the hot water tap, repair to which required going through sheetrock and replacing some parts that we original to the house. Justin not only was a good sport when the local hardware store didn't have nice enough replacement fixtures (necessitating a trip to Home Depot), but also came back with an access panel cover for the area of sheetrock he removed so we will have a way to get to the pipes should we need future repairs.

Justin was friendly, professional, left the work area neat, and everything he installed works and looks neat and tidy.

We are very impressed with Kind Plumbing and recommend you give the company a call if you have plumbing needs.

UPDATE: We had another plumbing problem, toilets leaking, and called Kind Plumbing because their service a few years ago was so good. They did not disappoint. Two hours after we called they were at our house. Not only did they fix the problem, they left the bathrooms neat and even wore booties over their shoes while in the house. They were friendly, answered our questions and lived up to the name of Kind Plumbing. Many thanks for your help.

I’m impressed. Called on a Saturday at 8:30am and he rushed to our place to repair a clogged drain. We were back running by 10:30am. Super easy to book the service and repair. Invoicing was easy!!!

Justin/Kind Plumbing is responsive and of genuine help. (Fixed an outside mains leak at my old home when light was fading; did sterling job!). Today, Justin visited to assess and price for five different fixes. Justin was kind enough to fix two out of the five while on premise and taught me how to take care of one myself in future. Justin provided quote for remaining fixes within an hour of visiting; his responsiveness and professional attitude is welcome.

I had a bathroom sink plumbing problem, called Kind Plumbing at 8:00 am. John fit me into his schedule and had the problem fixed by 10:30. He even fixed a minor issue that a previous plumber left undone. He did a great job at a very fair price. Highly recommend them.

On a Saturday when every other local plumber had recording devices answering their phone, John Foster of Kind Plumbing took my call. I had broken through a water line from my well with a shovel right next to our concrete driveway. I knew we were in trouble. John asked me to text him a photo of the damaged pipe with my location. He arrived within an hour, gave me a reasonable bid (far less than I expected on a Saturday), and then proceeded to complete a complicated repair. His expertise, efficiency and reasonableness was a God-send.
