They guy was awesome! They came at the last minute (which is hard to get with carpet cleaners), and he didn't rush through the job! He made sure that he spot covered, and treated the carpet. Then cleaned it with the same precision. I will definitely use them again!!!!

Could tell a big difference after he cleaned our couch and rugs! Our cream colored couch was definitely cleaner and brighter. Would recommend for people who need to clean/freshen couches and rugs especially if you have pets!

Best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. Over the years I’ve used many carpet cleaners, from Los Angeles to Dallas. Clay has figured it out with consistent quality organic products and quality thorough customer service. I had 3 expensive rugs which my puppy thought were his. Clay used his UV light to find the trouble spots and treated them. The rugs were thoroughly cleaned. Clay even showed me the filthy water afterwards. I was surprised with just how dirty the rugs were. Lots of construction in the neighborhood and a new puppy YIKES

Clay then covered the rugs with a product to prevent them from getting so easily soiled in the future.

Clay cleaned our tile and grout in our kitchen and carpet. The grout was brown and dingy, I thought it was supposed to be that color. The grout is white now. I don't know what he is using to clean the carpet but it smells AMAZING!!! I was blown away at the level of customer service that I received from steamwave. If there were 10 stars, I would have given him a 10 star rating!!

This is a great company. He came out at last minute and did great job on our carpets. I am using the company again for cleaning a sectional. I highly recommend them! Fast, good quality and responsive.

Clay was absolutely professional. PLEASE USE HIS SERVICES. His truck was down and he was to come on Saturday. However, he called me and let me know he would not be able to make it today and would put me first thing in the morning. He stated he would try to come on Saturday, but thought Sunday would be more feasible due to the state of his truck. He called when he was on his way and went through how much it would be, his process, and how to take care of my furniture. It took him about 1.5 hours for my sofa and 2 area rugs. My sofa looked absolutely great after he finished. He had charged me the incorrect price initially and when I figured it out, he was not defensive at all. He profusely apologized and refunded me my money. I love a company with integrity and because of that I will be utilizing and referring for all my buyers and sellers. Thank you!
