We have used Blue Water Express from day 1. Not only did they build an awesome pool, they service it as well. Trustworthy, reliable, and on-time each and every week. We highly recommend their services!

Hands down the best pool builder & servicer in the Dallas area. We shopped around a lot before deciding to go with BWE. They have been wonderful to work with, and have provided excellent service all the around. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience has been with them. I bought a home with a pool and the pool equipment needed a little work. Robert (repair tech.) came out and did a great job looking over the system and listening to what I wanted done, performing the necessary repairs, and answering my questions / giving advice about this pool. Carlos (service manager), Zack (service tech.), and Robert have all been very responsive to calls, emails, and text messages. Work was done promptly, professionally, and work area (my backyard) was left better then it was found.

Our prior pool cleaning company always had an issue controlling the algae buildup in our pool. Since we started using Blue Water Express late last year, they have properly adjusted our chemical mix, and we no longer have any algae. After each visit, they leave our pool sparkling clean and leaf free. They have also been very responsive to our occasional service calls. Highly recommend!

We are not the homeowners who built the pool with Blue Water Express, but we would choose them all over again. The quality of the design, equipment, and functionality of the pool is awesome. And the customer service they provide when we had questions about the pool is amazing. We can control everything from our phone and we can enjoy swimming year round! Highly recommend them.

We began doing business with Blue Water Express many years ago. As most pool owners, I hoped Blue Water would be able to help me keep my pool clean and operating properly. I simply wanted my pool to look good whenever I returned from long business weeks and did not want to have to deal with lame excuses for why my pool water was green with algae.

Several years ago I wanted to update my pool which was built in 1983, I asked Blue Water for a reference. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned they could help me. They removed our old pool equipment, installed brand new filter, pumps, heater, and computerized remote controls. No longer do we have to walk to the equipment, manually turn valves, and turn on timers to run our spa.
Since then I have recommended Blue Water to several of our friends for complete pool remodels and even brand new pool design and construction only to have my friends call me back with rave reviews and many thanks for the referral.
Blue Water Express is the real deal. If you haven't already tried them, do so. I know you will enjoy the relationship with them as much as I do!

I was not even their customer at the time but they came and rescued me after the big freeze of 2021 when no one else would. They patched my system and got it running. As parts and equipment became available they made trip after trip to completely repair or replace all the damaged plumbing and equipment. For that I figured they had earned my business, so I quit my current pool service and joined hands with Blue Water Express.
Best decision I ever made. My pool has never looked better or been kept cleaner. Carlos and his crew are a great bunch of guys. They schedule equipment maintenance as needed and let me know ahead of time.

I have had Blue Water Express take care of my pool since their inception, around 2001. They have done service/maintenance and pool/equipment repairs, installed new equipment, and remodeled the pool with new plaster and tile. I have known the owner for all those years, and he and his crew are excellent. Carlos has been great at providing advice and answering questions about pool chemistry, equipment, etc. I highly recommend this company.
