Crimson was a pleasure to work with on my neighborhood median landscaping project. Street construction destroyed our previous landscaping (see before pictures). Clint, the owner, was thorough and collaborative from the first interaction. I really liked his video walkthroughs of both the design and estimate. He kept everything above board, which I had not experienced from other landscaping companies I had reached out to. Execution was seamless, as Kolin their technician kept me informed on progress and answered all my questions. Crimson was sensitive to my HOA’s budget while delivered a high quality product. They also redid the irrigation to ensure the plants can thrive. Melissa, their COO was also great to work with and quick to respond to my questions. If you want to work with an honest, hard-working, high-quality design/execution landscaping company, go with Crimson.

Let me just say that Clint, and his team with Crimson are as good as it gets. Our home desperately needed some landscaping love. I had set out to get a bunch of quotes expecting the typical high pressure sales, messy labor, and overinflated costs not matching the work done. I had set my expectations low and didn't want to spend much knowing the typical run around I have had in the past with landscapers. However, on my first meet with Clint, I had nothing but trust in the business. He listened to our needs, offered excellent advice as he walked our property -- zero sales pressure. He offered to present a few pricing tiers for us to consider. We chatted afterwards a bit about family, and his military background -- I knew then I was supporting a company that was built on integrity, and it meant a lot to be supporting a Veteran owned business. He followed up with a detailed 3D rendering video of the project options, and with that level of detail my wife and I felt confident moving ahead investing in the whole package: new irrigation, lighting, full re-sodding, new plants, gravel, and a Pergola over our swim spa to boot. We simply could not be happier. Never once did I think I wasn't getting my money's worth. Every thing went so smooth with excellent communication throughout. I also want to commend our project manager, Kolin. His crew was on time every day, wrapped up with always checking in with me before leaving to detail next stages. The work site was always left tidy. Everything ran like a top notch turn key project. Kolin helped walk me through each phase, and wrapped up the project sooner than I was expecting. Give Crimson a call, they will definitely treat your time and money with respect. Cheers!

Working with Clint, Melissa, Kolin, Carlos and the rest of the Crimson Landscape team was a great experience. I was truly impressed with the thought Clint put into our design and the vision he had for our space. Melissa was great at communicating timelines and changes, ensuring we stayed well apprised of next steps. I cannot say enough about Kolin and his attention to detail and the lengths he went to, ensuring everything was perfect. He was the tireless problem solver and made the experience great. Dustin, the owner of Handyman Remodel & Repair made sure we were completely satisfied with our project. There were no surprises or hidden fees! The estimate was given to us up front and it stayed the same. Dustin actually went out of his way to help us save money! All I can say is that anytime I have a large project I don't know how to complete, I am calling Dustin! You will not find anyone any better!

I would give them a zero if that were an option. I have taken care of my pool for 13 years. I just really wanted a break from it and hired Bluewater. Big mistake! My pool went from pretty blue to a nasty green swamp. They double charged me for an $800 service and then took a month to provide a refund. Their office NEVER answers the phone and takes FOREVER to return a call. On Wednesday when the technician came to clean the pool, I mentioned to him how green it looked. He said “it really does look green, I will use a special vacuum.” I had to leave for an appointment. The technician proceeded to call me and asked me if I could come outside and turn the pump on because he didn’t know how and the pump needed to be on so he could use this vacuum. Again. I had already left. Next thing I know, I get a call from repair guy that had come out to see what was wrong with my pump. Please note….. Nothing was wrong with my pump. They just did not know how to turn it on. It is a smart pump. The comment to me, “of the 100’s of pools that we clean, no one has a smart pump. I find that very hard to believe. At the very least, after cleaning my pool for two months, they could have asked how to turn the pump on. I cancelled our service and received an automated response “sad to see you go” kinda message. I was truly going to chalk this up to a bad experience and move on-that was until they charged me for that last visit that was not complete. Last but not least…..they left ALL the valves in the off position on the way out!!!

This is the second time to post my review. Magically, my first review was removed. It's now apparent why they have 5 star reviews only. It seems if they get a negative review, they petition google to remove it. Both google and yelp are welcome to my home to see the condition of our pool. Just as you have contacted google, I will also contact google and yelp so they understand honest reviews should be heard. I took care of my pool for 13 years. I was really tired of the maintenance and decided to hire a company. Boy, did I pick the wrong one. This company double charged us for an $800 service. They took a month to refund us. They NEVER answer the phone and take FOREVER to return a call. The pool technician came to our home for our regular weekly Wednesday cleaning. I am usually not home on our pool cleaning day (I work)-I made sure I was present to discuss the swampiness of our pool condition. He stated, "yes, it does look green, I will use a different vacuum this time". I left home only to receive a call from him asking if I could turn our pool pump on, he did not know how. This company told me out of the 100's of pools they clean, they have never seen a pump like ours. It's a smart pump and very common. It seems in the 2 months they were cleaning our pool they would have taken the initiative to learn how to work our pump or at the very least, ASK US!!! They told us it takes 3 or 4 cleanings to learn a pool. We had no idea they were do the very minimum until our pool got progressively worse. The technician left and a pool repair guy, Carlos, called me to tell me our pump was not working properly. There is nothing wrong with our pump, it's on a timer and was not on at the time of the visit. As a parting gift to us, they turned EVERY valve to the OFF position with the pump running. Shelby put our pool in for us and we couldn't be happier. We did our due diligence and received 3 other quotes for the same pool and patio project. Shelby blew them all out of the water (so to speak). Two of the other bids came back with really great looking pool/patio combos, but the price and more importantly, quality that Shelby gave us made the decision easy. We love our pool and patio!!
