Brandon and Tiffany are INCREDIBLE!!! I received First Class Customer Service and had a First Class Customer Experience. BA's Carpet Cleaning got my 5 year old, high traffic area carpet beautifully cleaned. I did not recognize my stairs, landing and rooms. I will ONLY trust BA's carpet cleaning with my all my carpet cleaning needs. Thank you Brandon & Tiffany!!!!

We thought our rug was ruined by our dog peeing on it. BA Carpet Cleaning brought it back to life. I had attempted to clean it myself with one of the rental carpet cleaning machines from Home Depot. It actually made it worse. I called BA Carpet. They picked it up and had it back to us in a few weeks. No more pee smell. Amazing. We highly recommend. Great customer service!

Did a very quick two hour vacuum steam cleaning 5 bedroom one media room and one game room area still waiting on a result To get 100% dry Did you charge service taxes 8.25% when you trying to book their service make sure you’re specific on your number of bedrooms because these are busy people. They don’t greet your messages. They just quote based on five bedrooms 333$ when they show up because of the extra media room and game room and stairs to raise the price by 150 on top of that they charge 8.25% taxes which is still fair but still need to be clear before booking

Service was amazing! Brandon was knowledgeable and so hopeful explaining things to me. We have an area destroyed by cat urine and he did everything in his power to remedy the problem. We are very satisfied with the level of work and customer service!

Had our carpets cleaned several times over the years. Carpet is only getting older, getting harder to clean. Brandon made it look new again. Business owner that stands by his work, personally does it himself, and most of all, takes extreme pride in his work. Highly, highly recommend.

Brandon was on time and polite! the clean is fantastic, i dont have any pets or children but knew my sectional/rug was in need after a move!! Will plan to have him come back and clean/ refer him to friends and family!!
