Scheduled to clean my mom’s carpets throughout her house which had several areas that had heavy stains due to an older dog. Showed up on time and did an excellent job in cleaning those areas as well as all carpeting in the house. My mom said she would highly recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone.

A pleasing experience began with the prompt arrival of Brad! His immediate response to my inquiry and being comfortable with the quick return of information, we proceeded with next day pick up of my rug! Brad took time to explain the time consuming drying process with its variables, and answered all questions related to the final rug return. BA Carpet Cleaning LLC rescued my new carpet from a blue chemical spill. Brandon and his team go above and beyond to accommodate and assist. This happened on a late Saturday morning. Despite their full schedule, they made sure to find a way to fit me in and help me out the same day!! Even offered not to charge me if the stain failed to come out. I had tried to get the stain out with little success. In no time, they got my stain to come out. Brandon and his staff were so kind, friendly, and caring. We had them out for a combined carpet and upholstery cleaning job. They treated the microfiber couch and the synthetic carpets with two entirely different methods based on the fabric tags which showed me they have a truly skilled staff. I hired Ronin's carpet & upholstery cleaning to clean my sofa and arm chair. There was so much dog hair on it that I couldn't believe they can get it all out but wow it look like new! So grateful!!!

A price was quoted over the phone for three rooms and an area rug. When the tech arrived I was quoted a price well over $100 more, granted I suggested the rug was approximately 50 sq ft. He said the master was oversized and the area rug was 9x11. The rug was 8x10 and the price was reduced by 10% even though the reduced size of the rug was 20% smaller. He moved really quickly not moving a small wooden chest from the corner of the master and a small hutch in a secondary room allowing cleaning to the corner of these rooms. Very polite personality.
