The ladies in the office seem as they have an attitude or don't want to he bothers when you call in giving them your business. Only one who is nice and professional is the technician that come out on site. You can speak and greet them very nicely and get a dry response back and want even greet you. I will be talking to my builder about this issue so they will be aware.

Do not allow this company to contract to build the plumbing to your new home or make repairs. Water pressure valves failing already just after being in my home 2 years and just so happens their “warranty” ends at 2 years. 14 homes on my street that were built using this company having the same exact issue. I told them that and they refused to investigate the problem.

Highly disappointed...

This is the 2nd time I have called Professional Plumbers Group and, again, they did not disappoint. I was having a vibrating the sound each time I had two water sources open. Donnie was able to locate the problem immediately and replaced my PRV. He always works quickly when he's here. That fixed the problem immediately. Sadly, only a couple of days ago I had used a different company through American Home Shield and they did not check my house pressure. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I purchased a new water heater almost a year ago at a very fair price. Unfortunately I have had issues with the pilot light going out several times . Each time they sent someone out and they have continued to stand by me - the issue may still not be resolved but they have been so responsive and they are doing all they can
to resolve the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new water heater.

I would like to complement two of your professional plumbers, Dennis Rollins and Donnie who fixed our toilet today. Our toilet was flushing very slowly. They had to remove the stool and run their auger through the pipeline and finally unclogged the pipe. They were very courteous, professional and thoroughly. I will recommend your company to all my neighbors and friends. the service price was very fair. Thanks again.

The absolute best. Every interaction I’ve had with the plumbers that come out has been great. I had used another company in the past that tried to use my lack of knowledge to charge for unnecessary repairs. Professional Plumbers Group takes the time to explain what’s needed vs not needed and even show me how to do my own troubleshooting for simple items. I trust these guys more than any other plumbing group.

I used professional plumbers' group on my new construction house, and they were a breeze to work with. Once the house was completed, I had to have them come out a couple of times for some minor repairs and they were quick to respond. Derek was very helpful and professional at explaining what our issues were. I would highly recommend asking for Derek if you need any assistance.

We built our home in 2017 and PPG was the company that did all of our plumbing work. Have always been very happy with their responsiveness when we did need help with anything. Donnie has always been our service guy. He has always been VERY professional, kind and helpful. Great company with great employees! Will continue to use them!

Refused service once home was 2+ years old. They only care about satisfying the builder but do not seem to care about homeowners!

The service was absolutely terrible!" Dont waste your money, these guys are not honest! Would never use again! Use wrong type of fitting for the repair. Kept saying that "a lot of other" thing were needing to be replaced and his charge would double with each and every repair. a dishonest company！

Only care when builder used them. Only a little over a year, second time had issues with them. Now wants to charge a service fee and trip fees for a nearly new system. Installed and wired by them now a little rain it’s out of their warranty. Unbelievable how dress would choose these plumbers.

These guys seem really sketchy. After multiple times trying to get someone out to property I gave up. They even no all no show. This is not even their business address??

Incredible service provided by Sean`s Plumber Wylie TX. My garbage disposal stopped working and it turns out to be a hard project. Sean`s Plumber Wylie TX has efficiently identify the issue, fix it professionally, stop running water and added protection to avoid running into it in the future.

Called to schedule an appoint - cold water knob on washer hookup would not turn off. When I talked to girl on phone explained its the cold/hot water in the wall where the hoses hookup for a washer - her immediate response was "We don't repair washers" and hung up. When I called back she would not answer. I called back on a different phone and she answered - I explained that I didn't need the washer fixed, just the cold water knob. Very Unprofessional - will never use.

I would not recommend this company. The plumber was young and inexperienced and the company does not answer their phone or return messages. I had an outdoor faucet that leaks when turned on. Decided to have it replaced. They had to cut into the siding, which was ok, to get access. The plumbing is copper so they ended up kinking the pipe further back in the wall and know there is no water pressure. The new spigot is too long and now I have a useless faucet. I think if the plumber had been more experienced, this would have been avoided.

We had a dripping shower, which needed to be fixed quickly. Sean`s Plumber Wylie TX was extremely easy to schedule. They respond quickly & are very reliable. Many other companies were not very responsive or unable to come within 3-4 days. i highly recommend Sean`s Plumber Wylie TX for your plumbing needs.

We couldn't be more pleased with Aubrey Plumbing (again!), and with Alex, in particular. He is a very considerate, kind-hearted, knowledgeable and wise young husband and father. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. He drained our hot water heater, evaluted all of our plumbing, and recommended a few "tweaks" in existing equipment which he quickly corrected. He offered excellent, experienced advice which we well appreciated.

Dylan was very courteous and patient with all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Dylan went above and beyond to isolate the gas leak without asking me to replace the entire outside line. The whole process was easy with Dylan on the job. He has put my worries at bay and gave alternative solutions. I highly recommend Aubrey Plumbing.

I recently hired this company to replace the old gate valve on my water heater, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

First, the plumber was not professional. Instead of using the proper water meter tool, he used a wrench to turn off the water meter valve. This could have damaged the valve, leaving me responsible for an expensive fine from the city.

Second, rather than melting the old soldering to remove the gate valve, he cut the copper pipe, reducing the available pipe length for future replacements. Since the pipe is already very close to the wall, this was a poor decision that could cause issues down the line.

Lastly, the pricing was extremely high. He charged over $600 for a simple valve replacement that was not in a difficult location and only took 30 minutes to complete. This level of pricing does not reflect the work done.

Overall, I expected a more professional service and fair pricing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
