Received multiple quotes to replace my outdoor intake line. Hole In One Plumbing had not only a high reputation, but the best fixed fee quote. The service itself was simply amazing. The work was done in a single day with minimal water interruption. The crew was polite and very respectful of the lawn and flowerbed. In fact, I can barely even tell they dug up a 9+ foot trench. I highly recommend their work.

These guys were great! The owner came out and inspected the sewer with a scope. He was nice enough to let me watch while he did it because I was curious. He found the problem while I was there, so I know he wasn't trying to sell me on a service. He let me know how much it would cost to repair and didn't even charge me for coming out! Pretty honest if you ask me. I researched other companies and he seemed to be the best, so I hired them. Clint came out and was very professional and showed me everything he was doing. Really honest people and I would recommend these guys to anyone. They did a fantastic job all the way around!

Had a gas leak in the pipes to my house and so had the gas shut off. They came and gave me a quote the same day and finished the job the next day including certification and turning the gas back on in one day. Quality work and TJ takes pride in the work he does. He was awesome.

Had them come out for a leak detection. They found the leak and fixed it very quickly. The plumbers were polite and very honest. I would highly recommend them, as I will be using them for all my future plumbing issues.

I've used Hole in One 5+ times at two different homes in the past two years. Mixed results, but Eric was reliable. The other past plumbers they have sent were not good. Eric is now gone. Fwd to 2024: I waited a week for them to come repair a shower valve. I purchased the part. They were here a total of 20 minutes & charged me $250 for 15 minutes labor. Way too expensive. They have lost my business.

Hole in One was the post inspection team for foundation repair. A leak was found and, due to Oscar's great knowledge, professionalism and willingness to explain every detail of what was needed, we hired them for the repair. Max and Ryan did the repairs and went well above expectations on all aspects of the job. The entire crew was tremendous to work with from the customer service to clean up crew. The work completely was high quality and completed in a timely manner and all steps were explained as they proceeded. A great value and fair price. I would highly recommend Hole in One plumbing and, if needs arise, I certainly will be calling them first.

I got my cast iron sewer pipes replaced with PVC. So far, I'm very happy with the work that they did. We started out with a miscommunication, and after talking back and forth, the company actually changed what they had previously done and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy to work with such a professional company!

The work even took less time than they had quoted. I'm a very happy customer.

We reached out to Hole in One Plumbing to help our clients who were listing their home for sale. Oscar with Hole in One was very professional and managed the job like a champ! We have used several plumbing contractors for slab leak and sewer line replacements but Hole in One was by far the most up front, personable and professional plumbing company we have dealt with. Ashle in their back office staff was also incredible with follow up and customer service.

We have been long time customers of Hole In One Plumbing, so when we discovered that we had a sewer back up on New Years Eve, we did not ask, nor expect service the same day. But that’s exactly what they did. And they came back New Years Day to complete the job. We appreciate the excellent work that is always performed by Hole In One and their dedication to customers. Happy New Year and our genuine thanks to all the staff and owner at Hole In One.

Hole in One fixed an issue in 2 hours that other plumbers said required tunneling (this didn't even make sense) or a hole in the tile and floor (actually made sense if that's where the leak was there). Hole in one found the leak the others didn't and it was accessible through drywall!

Had to have all the drain piping under the house repaired. This required a tunnel to be dug under the house from front to back to access the piping, two days digging the tunnel, two days replacing piping, and two days filling in the tunnel. Hole in One got the job done on time inspite of rain every day. When they were finished everything was clean. After the toilets were reseated, the floors were clean too.

Hole in One came highly recommended by neighbors and family, and I can see why! They offered the best value for replacing our cast iron sewer line, and also did another pipe repair flawlessly. Clint and his partner were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy! They truly care about doing a great job, and they even scheduled another plumber to come and unblock the city line at no charge to us after they noticed some backup happening. We were also impressed with the digging crew - we thought we were going to have to do major landscaping to repair where they dug, but they were great at preserving our grass and putting everything back like they were never there. Thank you, Hole in One!

We had to have half of the cast iron pipe under our slab replaced since it was 65 years old. Their price was 1/3 of what other companies quoted us. They tunneled 25 feet under the house and quickly and professionally replaced our sewer system. I had them come out a few weeks later to clean out our sink drains in the walls. Again, they did the work at a very fair price. I live 1.5 hours from their office, but they were here to do the work exactly when they said they would be. Highly Recommend.

First do not respond that you did not service my house, because I have the invoice from you.

Very bad experience with the young plumbers for the extremely poor attitude and poor knowledge of the water valves.

I had them to do a leaking testing for both fresh water and drain water, which they found no leakage. I asked the two young plumbers (Brockt Cohar and another) if they tested the irrigation system. They said yes. I asked how they did the testing. They said adding air pressure to the house water line. I asked how you can test the irrigation system when the electronically controlled irrigation master valve is off, because this master valve will block air pressure to the irrigation zones. The two young plumbers said the manual valve is on, and also the electronically master valve is ON. What? The fact is the electronical solenoid valve is off by default when no control signal, like our gas valves for water heaters and gas ovens so that there will not gas leaking when no power in the house. I said it is off when no electrical control signal and I can show you with a multimeter and hearing the water running sound. Then they started to yelling and laughing at me. You can feel their poor attitude and skills on learning fundamental things.

I asked one of the plumbers to call his dad (owner) and let his dad explain how the electronically controlled valves work. After a few minutes, the son did not get a clue and I asked if I can talk to your dad. I had a video call with the dad, showing him electronically controlled irrigation master valve. Initially the dad said the valve is ALWAYS ON until I hinted him the electronically controlled gas valves in the gas ovens and gas water heaters. He finally agreed that when no control signal the irrigation master valve is OFF and the air pressure testing will NOT pass the master valve. He then changed the word, "we do not test the irrigation system. We only test the water lines to this master valve. “I said, "Now we are on the same page. Your son said he tested the irrigation system. If you and your son said you did not test the irrigation system, that is fine and I will test it out."

The dad and son have no clue on how to test the irrigation system because it involves electrical control system. I was about to show them that we can turn irrigation zone 1 on so the master valve got signal to open and let testing air pressure in to all the irrigation zones, and at the same time we can disconnect the wires for zone 1, so it will not sprinkle water. They cannot understand this and also have no interest in learning it.

At the end, when I was paying the so called $185 testing fee with my credit card, one of the two young plumbers even laughed at my zip code. The company should seriously train all of the employees to respect customers who make the payments. The customers feed the company, the employees and their family.

It is an extremely painful experience to discuss technology with these two young plumbers. It is their extremely rude attitude and their poor knowledge on valves that makes me to leave 1 star review. I wish I could write a MINUS 5 star.

Hole In One Plumbing has worked on our plumbing three times in two different houses. The first time, years ago, Oscar came out and found and fixed a leak in the bitter cold. He did a Great Job, was very professional, and reasonably priced! The next time he came and used a camera to find a broken pipe that turned out to be on the cities side of the plumbing and the city had to fix it. Last week he came and installed a hot water circulator in the house we moved to so we don't have to wait 10 minutes for hot water to get to the shower that is on the other side of the house from the hot water heater. I'm thankful every time I get to wash my hands in hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks! We Really Appreciate Oscar and recommend Hole In One Plumbing to everyone!

We recently had Hole in One Plumbing handle several issues at our home, and they did an outstanding job! They fixed two leaks in our sewer lines, replaced a hose bibb, and installed flood stops on our hot water headers.
From start to finish, their entire team was friendly, helpful, and professional. Communication was excellent—they kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we understood the work being done.
If you’re looking for a plumbing company that combines expertise with great customer service.

What a wonderful experience. We needed to have complex plumbing done on our sewer system. The plumber was excellent and really knew what he was doing. He was pleasant and kept me posted. The work crew was amazing when they finished. It looked like no one had even been outside digging.

I’m not one to leave reviews unless the service is stellar. This company has surpassed my expectations and made a stressful plumbing situation better with their thorough communication, competence, and fair pricing. They went above and beyond with their service; from the office manager to the plumbers and owner. We had another plumbing company come out before them for the same issues and their estimate was 3 times as much and they were not trustworthy; you could tell the worked off commission by the way they were quoting me huge sums and when i questioned them they’d go “talk to their manager” to reduce the price. Anyways, Oscar and Ashle at Hole on One have renewed my faith that there is still trustworthy, quality care out there!!

Hole in One Plumbing is an excellent company. Oscar, Erica and their team are caring, responsive and as genuine as it gets. Max came out to my house following a water leak and was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem. Their customer service and attention to detail is top notch. Highly recommend them!
