Courteous and responsive. I felt that they cared about my after hours problem. The plumber was efficient and helpful. They made a bad experience more bearable.

Completely unreliable. Call them, make an appointment. Next day, they did not show up in time. They even canceled after I said it was an emergency.

Ive used IPMS plumbing for years and always get a good result from their plumbing team. They figure out the problems and get the job done right to fix whatever it has been which has gone wrong. Plumbing is a critical service. So we trust professionals to see that our health and safety.

A++++ company. Amazing service, amazing everything. They got to me the Monday after the Thanksgiving weekend, they were professional, on time, great to deal with, and the best of all the price was nearly half what other companies quoted me. Don't look anywhere else if you need a plumber.

I originally had them come out to fix a repeat stoppage in my main drainage line. I had had 5-6 different plumbing companies come out over the past year, and "clear" the issue only to have it repeat a month later. Since IPMS came, I haven't had an issue since. It has now been 5 months, and I don't even so much as have a gurgle in my toilets any more. They were extremely friendly, and professional, and explained everything in great detail as to what they were finding and ways to prevent the issue again. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of plumbing services.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Scheduled to have a plumber come to my shop between 9am and 9.30am. 9.40am comes and I have to call the office to see where they are, they don't know and said she would call me back.......5 minutes later they tell me he is 5-10 minutes away and he eventually turns up at 10am.

I explain what I needed done, ( I have 5 pipes, 3 metal and 2 PVC that need to be cut and capped), they said it won't take long and Ill only need to pay the minimum service call of $139...the whole job should take about 30-40 mins.

He arrives and tells me it will be about 2 hours worth of work AND he will need to run to Home Depot to get the end caps.....do experienced tradesman not carry any equipment anymore....especially if you know what you are coming to do?

I drove 40 minutes to my store just for this 1 appointment that was a total waste of my time. Never will I recommend this company, AND they are not even in Wylie anymore.

We were getting a new washing machine delivered and the cut off valves would not work for the water. We called Innovative Plumbing and they came out asap and fixed our issue. Will we be using them again when we need plumbing work done. Very professional and polite.

From the first contact with the office, she was really friendly and very attentive to my needs, to the technicians who completed the work with speed and professionalism, I was completely satisfied with the job they did for me. This company is the real deal, I had some questions about a leak and they came out and point out the leak, they are very professionals. I had two plumbers before them come out to try to find a leak, and they couldn't and hole in one came and found the leak, I highly recommend this company to anyone.

They are clueless about their actions. They supposedly completed repairs after spending $2000, but they return and conduct additional testing. Now, they are demanding $3000.

This companies a joke im a plumber myself some guy named Jason came out to do a hydrostatic test and the only reason he had to is was required from the real estate agent he failed the test cause he couldnt get it to hold. If he was smart enough he would of shined his light down the cleanout and saw the santee opening and knew this house had some type of pool or old pool, but no instead like any typical service plumber wants to sell you on a camera job.. Sorry wrong house buddy first off you cant even properly so a hydro static test why would i let you screw me on a camera job too. I found the problem in less than 5 minutes. Dont use these jokes...

I called my AHS 1st they came out twice unprepared to do any work no equipment the first time, rescheduled came back next day said I had a main line busted, not true he needed a camera to use that he didn't have with him. AHS doesn't cover it. This is where I called Hole in one Plumbing they came right out got me back up and running. Megan was very pleasant and understanding to my needs of being without 👍👍thumbs up well pleased Richard was very nice and explaining to me what I was up against. Thanks

This is a well-established, reputable, and trusted company. The hydrostatic test was professionally performed using better equipment to determine leeks. They did excellent work with replacing our entire cast iron pipes for our sewage system/line that had a leek and rerouted our kitchen line. The price ranges are better than others comparable. As a client I will keep this company on my resource list to use and recommend to friends and family. In response to the one star given below without any explanation is misleading and most likely fake. Thank you for the service and updated sewage system. -Heather.

Ty and his group were punctual and worked very hard. Ty explained everything as they were working. He found several other issues besides the leak and fixed all three things without an added charge. Very pleased with the work that they did for us. I will definitely be sharing their contact information with others.
They also filled in my low spots around the foundation with the extra dirt. I am more than grateful for their hard work and kindness.

I cannot express my gratitude enough! I was horrified to wake up this morning to water coming up from the ground on the side of my house. I called Hole in One and Chelsea was able to send Ty over within the hour. Ty was fantastic! Not only did he locate and fix the leak, but he was so nice and funny! Thank y’all so much!!!!

Be aware of this company. They were supposed to tunnel to make a repair not go through the tile. When confronted with the error, their employee lied and claimed he was told by the owner and myself to drill through the tile rather than tunnel. The experience got worse from there. I used them on my personal house and have referred them to clients in the past but the way they treated my client was completely unacceptable. Make sure you get every detail in writing if you do decide to use them.

One in one is prompt and efficient. I found them to be very honest. They did not oversell and were able to quickly fix our big leak.
